Hi Kerima, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?

It all began when my daughter ran for Miss NJ Teen USA. Seeing her determination and courage inspired me to believe that I too could achieve anything I put my mind to. Motivated by this, I decided to explore various avenues such as acting, music, and community events.

I embraced acting as a way to express my creativity and bring stories to life. It allowed me to step into different characters and connect with audiences on a deeper level. Additionally, I delved into music and found joy in it and sharing my content with others.

Furthermore, I became actively involved in community events. Volunteering and participating in local initiatives gave me a sense of purpose and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?

To be honest, it hasn’t been a smooth road. I face daily battles to stay motivated, especially when I’m the only one who sees the beauty in things. It takes a lot of inner strength and determination to keep pushing forward.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve encountered is finding the time to pursue my various passions. Balancing acting, music, and community events can be demanding, and it requires careful time management. It’s essential to prioritize and make the most of the limited time I have.

Despite these challenges, I believe that the journey is worth it. The fight to stay motivated and the dedication to my craft have taught me valuable lessons about resilience and self-belief. It’s through these daily struggles that I find the strength to keep going and continue pursuing my dreams.

I also recognize the importance of self-care and finding moments of inspiration in the midst of the chaos. Taking time for myself to recharge and appreciate the beauty around me is crucial in staying motivated and finding the joy in what I do.

So, while it hasn’t been an easy journey, I am grateful for the lessons I’ve learned along the way. They have made me stronger, more determined, and have allowed me to fully appreciate the beauty in the things I do.

I specialize in various creative endeavors, including acting, music, and organizing community events. I am known for my versatility and ability to engage with different art forms.

One thing that sets me apart from others is my unique perspective and passion for finding beauty in everything I do. I believe that creativity can be found in even the smallest details, and I strive to bring that perspective to my work. Whether it’s through acting, music, or organizing events, I always aim to create something meaningful and impactful.

I am most proud of my ability to connect with people through my art. Seeing the audience’s reactions and knowing that I have touched someone’s heart or made a positive impact on their lives brings me immense joy and fulfillment. It is in those moments that I feel a deep sense of pride and accomplishment.

Overall, my passion, versatility, unique perspective, and ability to connect with others are what set me apart from others in my field. I am always striving to learn, grow, and make a difference in the lives of those around me through my work.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?

As I reflect on my childhood, I can’t help but smile at the memories that shaped me into the person I am today. Growing up, I had a vibrant and adventurous spirit that often led me to find my own unique path. Academics may not have been my strong suit, but I possessed a curiosity and eagerness to explore the world around me.

I was a social butterfly, always seeking connections and friendships. Being part of various groups, such as cheerleading, volleyball, and performing arts, allowed me to express myself and showcase my talents. Among my peers, I was known as one of the popular girls, and while popularity has its own allure, what truly mattered to me was the genuine connections I formed with others.

In terms of interests, I was drawn to the performing arts. Whether it was singing, dancing, or acting, I found solace and joy in the creative expression these forms offered. The stage became my sanctuary, a place where I could be my most authentic self and captivate audiences with my performances.
