Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Christina Medina. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Christina, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
The Story Behind My Mission
For most of my life, I believed deep down that God made a mistake when I was conceived. This belief was reinforced by every traumatic event I endured—leaving me feeling unworthy, unloved, unsafe, a burden to others, alone, and never good enough. These limiting beliefs became the lens through which I saw my entire life, holding me back from living fully and authentically.
But a few years ago, I took the most courageous step of my life: I decided to face my demons head-on. I began the hard but necessary work of embracing my healing journey. Through this process, I started to recognize the lies I had been telling myself for so long. I realized that while I couldn’t change the events of my past, I had the power to change the beliefs I carried because of them. I discovered my worth, my purpose, and the truth: I was never a mistake.
This transformation ignited a fire within me to help others, especially women, who feel stuck in similar cycles of self-doubt and pain. My mission is to guide them in uncovering and transforming their limiting beliefs into empowering truths so they can see their worth and live the lives they truly desire. Healing is possible, and no one has to walk that road alone.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
About Me and My Brand
I’m a BS (Belief Systems) Coach & Speaker with a passion for helping women break through limiting beliefs and transform them into empowering truths. My mission is to guide women to see their worth and live the life they truly desire by shifting the belief systems that keep them stuck, small, and overwhelmed.
As someone who has faced immense trauma, chronic pain, and deep self-doubt, I know what it feels like to believe you’re not enough, unworthy, and feeling alone in the darkness. But through courage, resilience, and a commitment to healing, I discovered the power of transforming my pain into purpose. Today, I use my signature ACTING method to help others uncover their truth, rewrite their stories, and step into their fullest potential.
My brand is built on the values of purpose, resilience, growth, freedom, connection, and safety. Whether through speaking engagements, workshops, or 1:1 coaching, I provide a safe, empowering space for women to feel seen, heard, and loved while challenging the beliefs that hold them back.
My message is simple yet profound: You are worthy. You are capable. You are loved. It’s time to break through the BS and start living the life you deserve.

Have you ever had to pivot?
The Story of My Pivot
I originally studied nutrition and became a certified Holistic Nutritionist, driven by my passion for helping others improve their well-being. I had carefully planned and was ready to launch an 8-week program designed specifically for chronic pain warriors. It felt like the culmination of my efforts—until divine intervention stepped in and changed everything.
One slip in my kitchen not only interrupted those plans but shifted the trajectory of my path entirely. It forced me to pause and reflect, and in that stillness, I realized something profound: while nutrition is a vital part of healing and wellness, it wasn’t meant to be my sole focus. Studying nutrition was a stepping stone toward a bigger picture, one I hadn’t fully seen yet.
That realization led me to pivot and embrace my calling as a Holistic Life Coach, where I help women transform their limiting beliefs, heal from the inside out, and step into the life they truly desire. My background in nutrition continues to support this work, but now I see it as one piece of a much larger puzzle. This pivot taught me the importance of trusting divine timing and being open to unexpected shifts that lead us closer to our purpose.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
A Lesson I Had to Unlearn
One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was the belief that busyness equals worthiness or importance. For much of my life, I wore busyness as a badge of honor, thinking that the longer and harder I worked, the more value I brought to the world. But that mindset came at a steep cost.
At one point, I was consistently working 12-14 hour days, pushing through exhaustion and ignoring my body’s warning signs. Then, at just 45 years old, I was diagnosed with shingles—a painful wake-up call that was directly tied to the stress I had been carrying. That experience forced me to reevaluate everything. I realized that my obsession with staying “busy” was not a sign of success but a fast track to burnout and illness.
I’ve since learned that rest, self-care, and creating balance are not indulgences—they’re necessities. My worth isn’t defined by how much I do or how many hours I work. Instead, I now prioritize alignment, intentionality, and well-being, both for myself and in the way I serve others. This shift has allowed me to show up as my best self, not just for my clients but for my family and, most importantly, for me.
