Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sypriah Tann. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Sypriah, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Did you always know you wanted to pursue a creative or artistic career? When did you first know?
The first time I knew I wanted to pursue a creative/artistic path professionally was designed as I was born. I grew up dressing up , using my imagination and taking photos/videos. My parents always started me in performing arts and theatre in grade school. Following up to a Fashion, Business and Arts Highschool where I really transformed my perspective and found a lot of my creative personality in the Visual, Business and merchandising aspect of the fashion industry. I love being on camera and my confidence shines with it. Influencing others to show their confidence in themselves.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My main mission and focus is to help people understand how their weaknesses and strengths contribute to each other. My brand is to influence confidence, self-love and mental health to build the character people are looking in themselves. My testimony of giving up spiritual, mentally, physically and emotionally helps other build on their weaknesses.
I inspire my audience to embrace their creativity and step outside their comfort zones while introducing them to innovative products and uplifting content that fosters self-confidence.
I work with of high-end brands and collaborative projects, like IPSY brand , Colour Pop Cosmetics, Urban Decay Cosmetics, Paula’s Choice, Ciate London, and more.
I am happy I am able to pave the way for my audience on my social media accounts. Instagram and TikTok which is biggest network accounts @sypslay where I can freely influence and express myself to help motivate others to do the same in a positive way even when negativity gets in the way of our goals.
I am proud to be a influential to my younger sister Sierrah Tann ( @sieglam) where she has overcome many challenges in her life to show her strength that God has given her to continue her influencing Career and anything of her dreams she follows.
I am proud to be a positive force of energy in this world and Thank Jehovah for everything.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
I had to learn even if things don’t go the way you want it to go. You must remember it’s not always you’re plan only Jehovah’s.
I wanted to be a make up artist for one of these high end brands, I didn’t make the list for the 15 make up artist they were looking for and was going to end my whole journey in the make up industry. Until one day God sent me a sign and a few small businesses to promote and help grow. A month went by and I was on 10 small up coming business make up brands gifted PR list. I was forever grateful and realized never to give up and realize everything happens for a reason.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I build my social media off of pure authentic love and positive energy. My aura shows in my creativity, pictures and videos. I identified my target audience, create high-quality and engaging content relevant to their interests. I maintain d a consistent posting schedule and also actively engage with my followers, whether that was giving someone advice, helping them grow their page or putting them on to a product. Everything is and always will be genuinely authentic from my social media.
