Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Morgan Shuler. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Morgan , appreciate you joining us today. What’s something you believe that most people in your industry (or in general) disagree with?
One of the biggest concerns people have with AI is the fear of losing their jobs. It’s an understandable worry—change often feels uncertain. But the reality is, AI doesn’t just take; it transforms. For those willing to adapt, it presents a remarkable opportunity not only to grow professionally but to also increase their earning potential.
Here’s the shift: instead of AI replacing employees, it’s creating demand for new skills and higher-value roles. Take, for example, an employee who starts as a customer service agent. With the introduction of AI chatbots, this person could feel their job is at risk. But in truth, the landscape changes for the better. That same agent can upskill and transition into programming the chatbot, designing workflows, or even managing the AI system’s advanced knowledge base. Imagine curating an intelligent library of articles and resources that the AI draws from to provide seamless customer experiences. These roles are not only more technical but also come with opportunities for pay increases and career advancement.
I had the privilege of hearing these perspectives firsthand at the 2024 Forbes CIO Summit, where industry leaders emphasized that companies are still learning how to adopt AI thoughtfully. This period of exploration means there’s ample opportunity for employees to upskill and help businesses make these transitions successfully. With AI still in its infancy, it’s the perfect time for individuals to align their careers with the future of work.
The truth is, AI provides the tools to elevate jobs, not replace them. For those who embrace this shift, the possibilities for growth both professional and financial are endless.

Morgan , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m Morgan Shuler, and if you don’t know me yet, you’ve probably used something I’ve helped create or been impacted by my work without even realizing it. As the Chief Technology Officer of CocheVia Inc and Tapplix Applications & Web Design, I’m leading the charge in revolutionizing ride-sharing to be smarter, more accessible, and people-focused. My name is synonymous with innovation because I don’t just follow trends, I create them.
My journey has been anything but traditional. I built my career by solving problems most people didn’t even realize existed, from designing intuitive digital experiences to scaling groundbreaking technology solutions. I’ve been the person behind the curtain turning big ideas into everyday realities and along the way, I’ve built a reputation for pushing boundaries and making the impossible look easy.
Here’s the thing: we’re living in an era where technology is the new currency, and I’m here to help people prosper with the transition.. Whether it’s leveraging AI to make jobs more efficient or creating platforms that connect people in meaningful ways, my work isn’t just about tech—it’s about creating experiences that resonate, solve problems, and move the needle.
What sets me apart? I take calculated risks and turn them into scalable solutions that not only succeed but reshape industries. People often ask, ‘Morgan, how do you do it all?’ My answer? I identify essential needs, uncover where society places value, and deliver solutions that meet those demands head-on.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has never been about ‘selling, it’s about understanding. Understanding the unique needs of a client, customer, or business is the foundation of building authentic and lasting relationships. I’ve learned that not everyone will be the right fit for your product or service, and that’s perfectly fine. The key is to focus on those who genuinely need and value what you’re offering.
Think of it like matchmaking rather than making a quick sale. In matchmaking, you take the time to identify likes, dislikes, and what truly resonates with someone. It’s the same approach I take in business. I focus on identifying the persona, what drives them, what problems they face, and how my solutions align with their goals. By targeting the right audience with precision and authenticity, I’ve been able to build trust and create value rather than simply push a product or service.
Ultimately, success isn’t about convincing people to buy; it’s about offering solutions to those who already see the value in what you bring to the table. It’s a mindset shift that prioritizes connection and impact over transactions, and that’s what sets my strategy apart.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
Managing a team and maintaining high morale starts with genuinely valuing your people, not just for the work they do but for who they are as individuals. One of the most important things I’ve learned is to provide resources that support their growth and well-being. Whether it’s professional development opportunities, mentorship, or tools that make their jobs easier, it’s critical to invest in their advancement.
Equally important is fostering a culture that prioritizes work-life balance and mental health. When teams feel supported as human beings, not just employees, it creates a foundation of trust and respect. Encouraging open communication and offering flexibility where possible can go a long way in maintaining morale.
Recognition also plays a big role. Celebrate milestones, acknowledge hard work, and provide meaningful incentives for goals achieved. People want to feel that their efforts are seen and appreciated. Additionally, I always ask for team feedback on operational changes. When people feel heard, they’re more likely to be engaged and committed to the vision.
Ultimately, leadership is about creating an environment where your team feels empowered, valued, and inspired. It’s about building a culture where people want to bring their best selves to work every day not because they have to, but because they want to.
