We were lucky to catch up with Lauren Hubbard recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Lauren, thanks for joining us today. One of the most important things small businesses can do, in our view, is to serve underserved communities that are ignored by giant corporations who often are just creating mass-market, one-size-fits-all solutions. Talk to us about how you serve an underserved community.
As Founder and CEO of All The World’s Kids Inc., located in St. Petersburg, Florida, we are dedicated to empowering our future leaders through programs that focus on leadership training, a holistic approach to growth, mental wellness, and global impact.
We focus on serving underserved youth aged 5-17, many of whom face systemic challenges.
All The World’s Kids programs provide art therapy, life coaching and pathway planning, sustainability and experiential learning to these youth that builds confidence and teaches life skills. Our Future Leader Advocacy events and Global Impact Expeditions are tailored to support mental wellness, cultural awareness, and leadership development.
We create opportunities and accessibility that allow these future leaders to thrive.
As Creative Director of Think Dream Dare Believe Consulting Agency LLC, we specialize in amplifying the missions of nonprofit organizations that serve marginalized communities.
We help these organizations craft their stories through grant writing, content creation, and documentary short films that highlight the real, impactful work they are doing. By focusing on nonprofits that uplift underserved populations, we ensure the voices of those often overlooked are heard and acknowledged.
Our goal is to empower these organizations, to secure funding, gain visibility, and inspire change by showcasing the transformative impact of their work.
Our mantra is Think Dream Dare Believe and our mission is clear, we want to create a world where every individual feels seen, heard, and empowered to pursue their dreams.
We believe every individual and every story matters, and we strive to ensure that these stories reach audiences so we can highlight their impactful work.

Lauren, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Both organizations were born out of a desire to empower and inspire.
All The World’s Kids began with the recognition that children and teens in underserved communities often lack access to resources and support they need to thrive. We wanted to bridge that gap by providing leadership training, holistic programs. and opportunities for global impact that focus on mental wellness, personal growth and community engagement.
Think Dream Dare Believe Consulting Agency grew from the same vision — to amplify voices and empower organizations working tirelessly to serve marginalized communities. By offering strategic support in storytelling, grant writing, and content creation, we help nonprofits access the tools they need to make a larger impact.
Through both organizations, we address critical gaps in access and opportunity. For All The World’s Kids, that means creating programs for youth who might lack mentorship, advocacy, or platforms and support to develop as Future Leaders.
For Think Dream Dare Believe Consulting Agency, it’s about solving the visibility and funding challenges faced by nonprofits, ensuring their missions and work reach more people and secure the resources to sustain it.
Our approach is deeply personal and intentional. With All The World’s Kids, it’s the combination of leadership training, mental wellness, and community engagement, all offered through a global lense that teaches these future leaders to think beyond their immediate circumstances.
With Think Dream Dare Believe Consulting Agency, we pride ourselves on building authentic community relationships with our clients. We don’t just write grants or create content, we tell their stories with heart, ensuring their missions resonate deeply with audiences who can support their vision. We are all connected and so is the work we do.
We are most proud of the lives we have touched and the voices we’ve amplified. From seeing a child’s confidence bloom during a retreat to watching a nonprofit secure life-changing support for their mission, these moments are the heartbeat of our work.
We want people to know that we’re driven by passion and purpose. Whether we are empowering future leaders through All The World’s Kids or supporting organizations through Think Dream Dare Believe Consulting Agency, everything we do is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to be seen, valued, and heard.
We’re not just here to do the work– we are here to create lasting change, one voice, one dream, one story at a time.
Have you ever had to pivot?
Life has brought me through a series of incredible pivots, each shaping who I am today. As a former beauty queen, I had the privilege of traveling and using my platform to support organizations in expanding their missions. I loved serving others and using my voice for a greater purpose, and have always felt a deep calling to do more.
That calling led me to education, where I discovered the power of experiential learning or project-based learning as most know it to be. Becoming a mother deepened that understanding. Watching my own child grow, I realized that youth learn best hands-on as these hands-on moments create transformative experiences for youth. This realization became the foundation for our work at All The World’s Kids, where we create life-changing opportunities for our future leaders to grow, connect, and lead with confidence.
The biggest pivot of all came I when chose to leave behind the comfort of a traditional community and network to follow a nontraditional path. I bought a sailboat, a Cape Dory 270 called, Aldonza, and embraced the liveaboard life, learning essential skills and raising my daughter on the water in a unique and unconventional way. That decision was not just about changing my lifestyle– it was about redefining leadership on my own terms.
Living on a sailboat taught me the power of my resilience, adaptability, and self-reliance. I realized that as a leader, I didn’t have to follow anyone’s rules, I could create my own. This pivot is what I call the greatest pivot of all time. It has been transformative not only just for me as a human but for the work I am able to show up for everyday. It’s given me a deeper understanding of what it means to lead with intention and to create opportunities for others to do the same.
Every challenge, every shift, and every pivot, has brought me closer to my mission: to inspire future leaders to Think, Dream, Dare, and Believe in their own ability to shape the world.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Authenticity, intention, and a commitment to showing up have been the core of building my reputation. From the beginning, I have focused on creating meaningful connections, with clients, partners, the communities we serve and of course the connection with our youth. Whether through All The World’s Kids or Think Dream Dare Believe Consulting Agency, my goal has been to always deliver value with heart.
I think people resonate with the fact that everything I do is purpose driven. With All The World’s Kids, it’s not just about creating programs, it’s about creating life-changing experiences that empower our future leaders to become Future Leaders.
With Think Dream Dare Believe Consulting Agency, it’s not just about writing grants or telling stories, it’s about amplifying the missions of those out here doing the work.
Another key factor has been my adaptability and willingness to lead by example. From leaving traditional paths to live aboard a sailboat and develop life skills otherwise untapped, and raising a child while I build businesses to support us, my journey is proof that leadership is about courage and continuous growth.
Lastly, the mantra, Think Dream Dare Believe, has really resonated with people because it speaks to a universal truth. To achieve something extraordinary, you have to believe in your ability to think differently, dream boldly, and dare to take action. This philosophy, combined with relentless focus on creating impact– and creating a world I want my daughter to be proud to play a role in– has earned me trust and respect in my market.
Everything I am doing now, is creating the causes and conditions for future generations to Think Dream Dare Believe.
It starts with us.
