We recently connected with We’re All Set Podcast and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, We’re All Set Podcast thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Risk taking is something we’re really interested in and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.
We take risks by continuing to put out our unbridled opinions into the streets. We keep it as honest and raw as if we are having a conversation in the group chat. Some people may be turned off by that but our fans tap in week in and week out specifically for it. Living in Atlanta, we have encountered celebs or athletes that we may have criticized but it’s been all love so far and we appreciate that.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

“We’re All Set Podcast” is hosted by Rich and Uncle Free. We’re All Set was born out of a desire to bring authentic conversations, unique perspectives, and humor to the forefront while discussing current news in the culture as well as exclusive interviews with changemakers spanning every industry. Each episode we discuss the latest news in the culture ranging from music, sports, politics, and entertainment. We bring on guests from all walks of life from music artists to corporate executives to fashion designers to athletes and entrepreneurs. The Podcast backdrop is Atlanta where Rich and Uncle Free met in school at Morehouse College circa 2005. Both Rich and Free are from up top (NJ and NY respectively) but make sure to provide the listeners with what “the streets” are saying not only in Atlanta but really everywhere the culture reaches.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The advice we would give is to be consistent over everything else. Consistency separates you. After that, continue to innovate whether that means getting on new platforms, creating new and different content, or just tapping into new markets. If you combine these, it will be easier to find what works best for you and then you can capitalize on it.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
The challenging part of any business is managing the relationships you have with your business partners especially if you were friends before. That’s the case with us. We’ve been friends since college and have had differences of opinion on certain business matters. We have experimented with having 3 co-hosts, 2, and even briefly, 1. In the end, we have the right balance now of 2 but it definitely took resilience to persevere. Throughout it all, we never stopped are coming up on 200 episodes in 2025. We know very few others in our industry who have made it this far and continue to grow.
