We recently connected with Saba Valiahdi and have shared our conversation below.
Saba, appreciate you joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Achieving success is about more than just talent or luck—it’s about dedication and resilience. When you believe in what you’re doing, adapt to challenges, stay committed, and treat everyone you meet with genuine care, success is just a matter of time.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’ve had the opportunity to build a diverse career across several industries I’m incredibly passionate about. My expertise spans Real Estate, Live Scan and Notary Services, Social Media Influencing, and managing my family’s Car Dealership in San Diego. Each role has offered me a unique perspective on connecting with people, meeting their needs, and delivering real value.
I ventured into real estate with a desire to help people make one of the most significant investments of their lives with confidence and peace of mind. As a live scan and notary public provider, I support clients through essential processes with reliability and professionalism. At our car dealership, I work closely with clients to find vehicles suited to their needs and lifestyles, creating relationships that extend beyond a single transaction. Through social media, I’m able to reach a broader audience, sharing insights and inspiration with a community that values authenticity and trust.
What truly sets me apart is my dedication to treating each client with genuine care by understanding their unique needs and crafting tailored solutions to meet those needs. I’m proud to offer a high level of service across all the fields I work in, ensuring that everyone who comes to me feels valued and supported.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
I prioritize building real relationships, taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs, and tailoring my services to meet those needs. This focus on being truly present with everyone I work with has not only earned trust but has also created lasting relationships. I think people can sense when you’re authentic, and when they feel valued, they’re more likely to see you as a trusted partner.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
A major lesson I had to unlearn was the idea that I needed to be perfect. Early in my career, I thought that if I couldn’t execute something flawlessly, I’d lose credibility. Striving for perfection led to unnecessary stress, delays, and a reluctance to take certain risks.
The turning point came when I started managing my family’s car dealership and working closely with clients in real estate. I learned that people value dedication and transparency far more than unrealistic standards. Being open, authentic, and fully present in each interaction not only built trust but also allowed me to grow and adapt in ways I hadn’t expected.
