Today we’d like to introduce you to Yencil

Hi Yencil, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?

At a Young age I always dance, act and sang, It was in junior HS where I recorded a tape and everyone heard it in the Cafeteria. There was a young girl who heard it and she almost cried. There I knew I touched someone with music and never looked back. Always looking for the feeling.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?

There was some struggles from the personal to business aspect. Finding time to create without forcing it. Sometimes you can’t be where u want to be and make sacrifices to get where u wanna be musically.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

I do music, I write, create ideas for beats. I have done many genre in English and Spanish. I’m very proud to be recognized by my peers and have collaboes with legendaries like Frankie Boy and Shyheim from Wutang whom gave me the opportunity to create with them and to have them as feature makes me understand how talented I am and that I belong on stage. It’s a dream come true.

The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?

On a personal level I apreciate more life. I spend more time with myself more, it gives me better thinking, more creative and definitely be with family.

On a business aspect make music that make u smile on tough times.
