One of our early challenges was establishing our brand in a competitive market. As a new agency, we had to work hard to prove our value and build trust with clients. This meant often going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results, sometimes at the cost of our profit margins.
The COVID-19 pandemic presented another major hurdle. With businesses cutting budgets and in-person productions becoming difficult, we had to quickly adapt our services and operations. This period pushed us to innovate, leading to an expansion of our digital and remote production capabilities.
Scaling the business while maintaining quality has been an ongoing challenge. As we grew, we faced the dilemma of taking on more projects versus ensuring each project received the attention it deserved.
