Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One significant challenge for Doty Chou Objects was transitioning from being an employee at an interior architecture company to becoming an owner. This shift tested a range of skills, including overall management and coordination, rather than just design. Over the past couple of years, Dorothy has been continually analyzing how to make sound business decisions and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

We design and handcraft unique concrete jewelry. I am known as a dedicated designer who turns innovative ideas into reality. I take pride in being a proactive creator, always striving to bring my visions to life. Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
The quality that I believe is most important to my success is my proactive nature. If I see a reason to pursue something, I will go for it with determination and dedication.
