Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Jeans
Hi Tiffany, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey is one of resilience, transformation, and the relentless pursuit of authenticity. It all started when I was 16 years old, and my life changed dramatically within a single month. I found out I was pregnant, got married, and moved away from home, all in rapid succession. I had no time to process these monumental changes and lacked the skills to navigate them healthfully. During my 15-year marriage, I gave birth to three wonderful children who are the light of my life, but I also endured a relationship that constantly challenged my mental and emotional well-being.
Throughout the pain of the marriage and the joy of motherhood, I grew. Much of that time was spent not knowing who I was, simply following along to survive. The breaking point came with my husband’s ultimate betrayal. I knew this was not the example I wanted for my children, especially my daughter. I broke away, went to massage therapy school, and began to lean into my own spiritual and personal growth. As my skills and confidence grew, so did my sense of self.
I immersed myself in meditation, spent time with like-minded people, and finally mustered the courage to leave the soul-sucking marriage. The world felt open to me, and I knew my experiences would guide me toward a career in service and healing. I explored various paths, including nursing, psychiatric nursing, and psychology, eventually earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Action. Despite all this schooling, none of these careers felt truly fulfilling.
Around this time, many things in my life changed. My children were older, and I realized that my career and life should also include my happiness. This realization, however, brought fear and anxiety, compounded by the socio-political climate and personal struggles with depression and panic attacks. This chapter of my life marked the beginning of my journey towards leaning into my resilience, facing past trauma, and learning to express my true feelings without fear.
As I healed, I embraced change and became open to opportunities. One such opportunity was coaching a life coach, which felt like a natural progression of my skills and passions. This moment was pivotal, coming at a time when I had taken the time to heal and play, venturing into new activities like voice-over work, jewelry making, and mermaiding. These experiences taught me the importance of authenticity, joy, and play, values that are now at the core of my coaching practice. Embracing curiosity has been essential to my growth, helping me evolve into the woman I am today—ever joyfully seeking to grow and share.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has been far from smooth. Becoming a mother at 16 and navigating a turbulent marriage presented significant challenges. I often felt lost, merely surviving rather than truly living. The decision to leave my marriage was incredibly difficult but necessary for my well-being and my children’s future. Rebuilding my life involved facing deep-seated traumas, overcoming panic attacks, and battling depression.
Entering the entrepreneurial world as a new coach also posed challenges. Finding clients, establishing credibility, and balancing personal and professional responsibilities required immense effort and resilience. Each struggle was a lesson in vulnerability, authenticity, and perseverance, shaping me into a stronger and more empathetic person.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
As a High Performance and Rituals Embodiment Coach, I specialize in helping individuals break free from limiting beliefs and embrace their true selves through high-performance habits, meditation, yoga, and sound healing. I like to use my YouTube channel to creatively document my journey of self-discovery, empowering others to embark on their own paths of healing and transformation.
My clients often face overwhelm and self-doubt, they crave lasting solutions rather than quick fixes. I offer empathetic guidance, drawing from my own experiences to provide transformative tools.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach, blending practical coaching techniques with creative and spiritual practices. I emphasize the importance of joy, curiosity, and play in my work, encouraging clients to explore these elements as vital components of wellness.
I am proud of the supportive community I’ve built, where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their true selves. In essence, my work is about guiding individuals to live purposeful, fulfilling lives by embracing their authentic selves.
How do you think about luck?
I don’t believe in good or bad luck. Instead, I believe in awareness, opportunity, curiosity, and the courage to act even when we are afraid. Looking for and recognizing opportunities and staying present has guided me through some of the most challenging and rewarding moments of my life, such as leaving a difficult marriage and facing personal trauma.
Curiosity drives me to explore new interests and expand my worldview, nourishing both my life and coaching practice. Challenges like depression and anxiety became opportunities for growth and healing. Coaching a life coach was not about luck but about being ready to seize the moment and embrace a new path.
Honestly, my journey has been shaped by staying aware, taking advantage of opportunities, staying curious, and having the courage to act despite fear. I feel these principles ground me and guided me much more effectively than If I viewed the world through the lens of good or bad luck.
