A cardiac event was the wake-up call I needed to get me on a path of health & wellness. I was prescribed seven medications to take for the rest of my life, but that never resonated with me. I wanted to find a way to heal myself holistically.

My quest for a natural solution led me to discover the incredible potential of plant medicine. I learned that fruits and vegetables, herbs, spices and barks contain information embedded in their DNA that corresponds to the needs of our cells on a molecular level. This revelation was a turning point for me. I began to understand how specific combinations of organic fruits and vegetables could target and alleviate various health issues, promoting healing and wellness from within.

Driven by this newfound knowledge, I became a certified juice therapist.
