Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandi O.
Hi Brandi, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I discovered my purpose when I was a patient in a rehab/nursing facility. Once I realized what I was meant to do, I went all in and never looked back. When you’re living and working in your purpose, there’s no need to glance in the rearview mirror.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
To be perfectly honest, the biggest challenge for me has been wanting to help everyone around the world. There are only so many hours in a day, and it’s just not possible to reach everyone. But, I do my best to work with as many people as I can while making sure I take care of myself and spend time with the people I love.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I’m a transformational life coach, and I help women rediscover their identity. I’m also a speaker and an author. My focus is on women who feel lost in this world, especially those who’ve gone through trauma, like myself. I was sexually assaulted near my New York City apartment, and that experience fuels my passion to help others.
I work with women who feel their voices aren’t heard, who feel invisible or have been told they don’t matter. What sets me apart—without sounding boastful—is me. There’s only one of me, and that uniqueness is what differentiates my business from others.
What I’m really proud of is witnessing my clients’ transformations in real time. I don’t hear about their progress from someone else; I’m right there in the thick of it, watching them emerge stronger and more empowered. It’s an incredible feeling.
Here’s what I want you to know about my services: you’ve got to roll up your sleeves and put in the work. There will be days when you feel like giving up, but that’s part of the journey. I go deep with my clients and hold their hand through the entire process—not by babying them, but by being a constant support. I’m right there with you, through the good days and the tough ones, every step of the way.
Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
I listen to Les Brown, Lisa Nichols, Lewis Howes, and Mel Robbins a lot. There are a few others I tune into, but those four are my go-tos for feeding my mind. What you put into your mind is super important. You really have to be mindful of what you’re feeding your brain. Taking care of your mental health is crucial, you know?
