Justin, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
Success involves a combination of factors, including hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn from both successes and failures. It also requires setting clear goals, staying focused, and Networking! I also think taking the opportunity in front you is key to success, for example i once did a showing at a house and the end of are showing a family stopped at the edge of the road and asked what the price was of the home! I continued to share all the information about the home and from there i was able to gain 3 separate transactions with the individual family members in the car! That would not have had happened if i didn’t take the time to try to pursue them and what there needs where!


Justin, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I got into the industry because ever since i was a kid i was obsessed with being successful and the idea of obtaining financial freedom! I kept researching ways to be successful and it seemed almost anytime i watched a video or read an article real estate seemed to be mentioned in some shape or form! So i started to do the research on the real estate market which lead me to becoming a realtor! From there i fell in love with the job and the people is forced me to surround myself with! I also love the fact i am helping my clients save money and helping some of my client’s make one of the biggest purchase someone will make! What makes me different from a lot of my competitors is i actually care and try to do the very best i possible can! I dont see it as just as job, its more of a lifestyle! If i had to say one thing i am most proud of about myself, it would be my mindset. i truly believe anyone can be anything they want as long as you genuinely give it 110%. I did not come from money and if i can make it happen so can you!


What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Always doing the right thing no matter what and listening to what my clients needs are!


Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Past Client have been the best source for new clients for me! This is why i express the importance of doing the right thing for your clients. If you do good job for someone they will recommend you and you have already built some level of trust with your new client!
