Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Valentina Guetlin. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Valentina, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Some of the most interesting parts of our journey emerge from areas where we believe something that most people in our industry do not – do you have something like that?
there’s a common myth that health issues are genetic and a quick fix like a pill will solve complex problems. At Koryowellness we see health differently. We believe while genetics play a role they don’t seal your fate. Our bodies, minds and emotions are deeply connected and lasting health requires a holistic approach.
This is rooted in my own journey where I saw firsthand how lifestyle, mental state and even emotional history can impact well being ( even when you are healthy things can change, when i move to the US my whole body start changing eventhough i was eating pretty much the same). It’s about understanding the bigger picture—our behaviors, environment and even the stress we carry—that shapes our health more than any single treatment could. We focus on epigenetics, we know our habits and mindset can turn on or off genes. Healing for us is a process not an event, requires dedication to learning and understanding one’s own needs.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Valentina Guetlin, and while my background is in Business Administration, my journey into wellness began with a deeply personal experience. I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and was told I’d likely need to rely on medication indefinitely. Coming from a medical family—my mom and brother are both doctors—I felt there might be another way. I began exploring how nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes could impact my health. Amazingly, through these adjustments, my PCOS symptoms disappeared. This experience opened my eyes to the power of a holistic approach to wellness and sparked my passion for integrative medicine.
Today, I lead Koryowellness, where we are dedicated to helping people achieve optimal health and longevity. Through our services, we offer eBooks, informative YouTube content, and personalized health plans to guide our clients toward sustainable wellness. What truly sets Koryowellness apart is our commitment to knowing each patient personally and creating tailored plans based on individual needs. We use a range of tools, including high-quality supplements, IV therapy, and epigenetic testing, to understand and support each client’s unique health journey.
I’m proud to say that Koryowellness goes beyond the “one-size-fits-all” approach. We focus on uncovering root causes, understanding clients’ histories, and creating strategies for long-term health. Our mission is to empower people to take charge of their wellness journey and achieve a balanced, vibrant life.
For those curious about wellness or looking for a new approach to health, Koryowellness provides guidance, education, and support every step of the way. I’m excited to connect and help more people explore a lifestyle of well-being that nurtures both body and mind.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
My journey with Koryowellness has taught me a lot about resilience, especially during the pandemic. When COVID-19 hit, we suddenly had to shut down our entire operation. Overnight, our doors were closed, and I was left wondering how we’d keep going and pay our bills. At first, I tried offering online gym classes through Instagram, but it wasn’t enough to sustain us. We struggled for months, barely making ends meet.
During those tough times, I realized we had to adapt to survive. So, I developed a corporate wellness program, creating solutions for companies that needed ways to support their employees’ health remotely. It was a turning point, and today, corporate programs remain a core part of what we do. Looking back, it seems straightforward, but in those moments, it felt like we were watching the business slip away. People were fearful of going out, and we had to find ways to bring wellness directly to them, wherever they were.
This experience not only kept us afloat but strengthened my belief that wellness should be accessible and adaptable

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was the idea that success in wellness could be achieved quickly specially since you see so many influencers making it so fast . Early on, I believed that if I just worked hard enough and stayed disciplined, everything would fall into place without too much delay. But as I delved deeper into wellness, both in my personal life and through building Koryowellness, I learned that true health and business growth are not instantaneous—they’re gradual and require a long-term commitment.
