Safa, appreciate you joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
To be successful you need confidence, the right network, the right environment to grow, resilience, and commitment toward maintaining one’s mental health-all these combined make a person successful. Success is not about reaching goals, but it is about creating a mindset and atmosphere that helps you grow continuously to be better with time.
Among the most important things that I have learnt is the fact that one should be open to mistakes and learning from them. It was one of those early experiences where a project did not go as I had planned. I was discourage initially; however, looking in retrospect, I found that each challenge and mistake presented to me some form of lesson that could never have been taught through other means. It is these experiences that, with time, showed me how to bend, which was important since I kept moving forward.
Another important one is to surround yourself with positivity. In a certain period of my life, I noticed how some of the people around me were very negative; they doubted my goals or told me that what I did was worthless. Being able to distance myself from these influences and seek people who actually encouraged me created a huge difference. Such an environment helped me make great leaps without the extra burden of negativity.
Lastly, the most important thing is mental health. The world moves at a very fast pace, and pressures continue to pile up; therefore, creating routines or outlets that protect my well-being has been integral in keeping up the focus and energy I need for my goals.


Safa, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I started my journey in the industry at 17, casting video vixens. It was a unique beginning that taught me the importance of understanding client expectations and the power of a strong work ethic. Driven to expand my skill set, I took on the challenge of designing my own websites and adapting to new technology—no small feat while balancing high school and college. These experiences built my confidence and gave me a deeper understanding of the industry. Over time, I also learned how vital it is to build and maintain strong client relationships, as these have a direct impact on both my company’s reputation and finances.
Eventually, I found myself drawn to the fashion industry. The connections I made and the inspiring creatives I encountered fueled my love for art and community, leading to the creation of Achieve Management. Achieve represents more than just talent; we showcase models who embody a range of styles, perspectives, and ideals. Our models represent a vision—a movement to inspire, redefine, and elevate the culture around us.
What sets me apart is my honesty and relentless hustle. My brand is built on transparency—I don’t sugarcoat things. If something goes wrong, I take responsibility, even paying out of pocket if necessary to maintain trust. I see every challenge as an opportunity to grow, and I’m proud of the integrity that underpins my work.
One of the values central to my work is giving back. I take a percentage of my casting income and put it into the community because I believe fashion has the potential to make a positive impact. Fashion, for me, isn’t just about creating; it’s about contributing to the people and causes that matter. I hope to inspire others in the industry to give back and show that fashion can be a powerful force for change.

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
I communicate with my clients via number just like how I would with anyone else. I like fast and easy communication. For brand loyalty, I have to understand what the clients want and also make agreements. If I don’t it can bring everyone down. I learned that from experience.


Can you talk to us about how your side-hustle turned into something more.
My side hustle is now becoming a full-time career, and I want Achieve Management to be my lifelong focus. I started by having friends who created content book my models, which helped expand my business. Bringing in talented individuals taught me valuable lessons and motivated me to keep raising the bar. Key milestones in this journey have been making valuable connections, securing direct bookings, attracting new clients, and prioritizing strong communication. These achievements have helped shape Achieve Management into the thriving business it is today, and I’m excited to keep growing.
