Krizia, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start big picture – what are some of biggest trends you are seeing in your industry?
As a brand consultant I am always looking for the latest trends and innovations in social media, entertainment and marketing industry as a whole. Brands that thrive in social media spend lots of time on strategy and understanding their audience. Social media can be an excellent way to reach audiences throughout the marketing funnel. You can have campaigns that are focused on top funnel tactics and educating the audience or just entertaining and at the same time you can have very strategic campaigns focusing on translations. For example, an influencer telling you about a new mascara and giving you a link to purchase.
As part of the biggest trends, we see how incorporating a brand in the daily life of customers resonates really well. Behind The Scenes are a great way to get to know the brand on a casual setting. Basically everything that shows the true identity of a brand of a personality is has a bigger chance to increase engagement and build community.
Authentic content is thriving and more prevalent than ever. The audience is looking for raw and real interactions with creators and brands and feel included. It doesn’t matter if your content is “Aspirational”, “Luxury & Lifestyle”, “High Fashion” or “Home Design” the community is looking to be entertained, educated and inspired.

We are in the intersection of culture and digital media. We love educate our community about the hottest trends in social media and how to capitalize on them. We love to report on what other brands are doing to increase visibility in a digital world.
We provide consulting services to entrepreneurs looking to increase their social footprint. At the same time, we write a monthly newsletter about the hottest trends, fashion, culture, music and brand partnerships and everything in between.
In 2024, UGC has become a big part of the brand and has opened doors to work with stylists, fashion brands and home design & lifestyle. We have been focusing on increasing our brand equity since we’re still very young within the industry.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Social media and sharing our knowledge with our audiences. Client recommendations have become more important this year. Relationships are the must important!
Have you ever had to pivot?
Pivoting is has been one of the best decisions in my life. Throughout my entrepreneurial journey I’ve always wanted to be in fashion and media. As soon as i started i quickly realized that the retail side of the business was not for me. I started a small business and noticed that my passion was to create media partnerships and find creative ways to showcase brands.
A year later started pivoting to consulting and truly loved it. I took a leap of faith, closed my online store and started consulting friends and family.
After consulting for years I decided to open CLB. Strategy (pronounced club) as a club for people to learn about social media and partnerships and how they can use that for their business or personal brands.
As an individual I love sharing new tips and tricks to make your social media aesthetic and love sharing my favorite beauty and fashion brands!
