Alright, Raluca thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
After the tumultuous year of 2020, I found myself at a crossroads in life, reflecting on my future and searching for a way to fulfill my true purpose. I couldn’t escape the feeling that something was missing. That moment of self-discovery led me to real estate, a field where my passion for helping people and love for interior design could come together in a meaningful way. I knew that this path would not only allow me to build a career but also to fulfill my destiny by positively impacting the lives of others. So in June 2021 I joined the real estate industry.
As a realtor, my approach goes beyond simply facilitating transactions—I guide my clients through one of the most significant investments of their lives with care, expertise, and a personal touch. At the heart of my work is a commitment to client-centric service, ensuring that every decision and recommendation revolves around the unique needs and goals of the people I serve. I believe in building wealth through real estate, and my mission is to empower my clients to make informed decisions that support their long-term financial goals.

The year was 2020… It came with COVID-19 pandemic, economic recession, mental health struggles, social justice movements, natural disasters, education disruptions, supply chain disruptions. It’s fair to say 2020 has had a profound impact on various aspects of our lives, reshaping the way we live, work, and interact. During this time, I found myself at a crossroads in life, reflecting on my future and searching for a way to fulfill my true purpose. I couldn’t escape the feeling that something was missing. That moment of self-discovery led me to real estate, a field where my passion for helping people and love for interior design could come together in a meaningful way. I knew that this path would not only allow me to build a career but also to fulfill my destiny by positively impacting the lives of others. In June 2021 I became a licensed realtor® or how I like to say the person who unlocks dreams for her clients, one house key at a time.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Building and maintaining strong relationships with my clients is essential for fostering brand loyalty. I use a mix of different approaches: personalized communication – with follow up calls (after a transaction, I check in with my clients to see how they’re doing in their new home) and personalized messages (I send birthday greetings, holiday cards, or personalized notes); regular updates – I share relevant content on social media platforms; client events – I host gatherings like client appreciation day, BBQs, holidays parties, workshops and seminars on real estate related topics; valuable content – I share blog posts, videos, or infographics about home maintenance, local market trends, or real estate investing and I provide information about community events, new businesses, or hidden gems in the area to help clients feel more connected to their community; consistent branding – I ensure that my branding is consistent across all channels (my website, social platforms, etc); community involvement – I participate in or sponsor local events, charities, or organizations; last but certainly not least – I express my gratitude (I send thank you notes and gifts).
