We recently connected with Bryn Gabriel and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Bryn thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear about a time you helped a customer really get an amazing result through their work with you.
In just 2 months, we helped a Dallas restaurant go viral by aligning their digital presence with the incredible in-person experience they provide. We elevated every brand touchpoint to create a cohesive journey for customers, from the moment they discovered the restaurant online to the instant they walked through the door. By refreshing their social media aesthetic to authentically reflect the restaurant’s garden-to-table experience, we not only attracted new visitors but generated excitement that spread like wildfire—leading to a surge in new guests so large that they actually had to turn people away!
It was a dream scenario for any restaurant, and it highlighted the power of a truly cohesive brand experience to draw people in and create a buzz that went beyond our expectations.

Bryn, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Hi, I’m Bryn, a partner at Brand Rich studio! My journey started 10 years ago in photography, working with brands like Brandy Melville and Urban Outfitters. Photography taught me so much about the power of visuals to communicate brand identity, and I developed a deep respect for the craft. About 5 years ago, I joined a startup and led the rebranding efforts after our initial investment into branding didn’t serve us well. We had put resources into photos and design, but the results missed the mark—an experience that underscored for me how critical aesthetics are for a brand’s success.
Determined to get it right, I rebuilt our brand from the ground up, redesigning our packaging, logo, social media, and overall identity. The results were incredible: our brand flourished, and within two years, we successfully exited. That experience was pivotal, revealing the direct impact of thoughtful design on a company’s growth and revenue. With this insight, I started Brand Rich to bring that same level of strategy, creativity, and detail to other lifestyle brands looking to make a lasting impact.
At Brand Rich, we specialize in branding, social media, and web design, with a focus on perfecting brand touchpoints to ensure our clients’ stories resonate across all platforms. Our agency is known for helping brands translate their vision into engaging, cohesive identities. We’re committed to working closely with our clients to create visual and digital experiences that reflect their unique values, voice, and goals.
What I’m most proud of is the transformative impact we create for our clients. Our team brings a uniquely diverse range of backgrounds—from art and design to finance and beyond—which allows us to merge creativity with functionality in every project. When you work with us, you’re not just receiving a design; you’re gaining a dedicated partner committed to bringing your brand’s story to life in a way that’s both visually compelling and strategically aligned with your business goals.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
2 of the best books that have significantly influenced my approach to management and entrepreneurship are Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday and $100M Offers by Alex Hormozi.
Ego is the Enemy taught me the importance of staying grounded, open to learning, and focused on the bigger picture—qualities that help me lead my team with humility and resilience.
$100M Offers by Alex Hormozi completely changed the way I approach value creation and client offers. Hormozi’s insights on structuring irresistible offers and understanding customer psychology have been invaluable in helping me craft services that resonate deeply with clients and deliver real impact.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing our clientele? Focusing on who we already have. That does the marketing for us.
