We were lucky to catch up with Aisha Makara recently and have shared our conversation below.
Aisha, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
I took rist when I left my little village in middle of nowhere in Russian Siberia. I went to study and later moved to Norway without language skills and I didnt know anyone I just went to have experience for life. later I learned Norwegian,English, Portuguese. I studied in Norway, culture, Quality Management, Engineering and got a job, I had pizza delivery business, I volunteered. I was leader of youth of Red Cross of North Norway, I traveled around the world. I knew that if I stayed in the village I will never see the world and live in the all cities I wanted to live. so I get to move and figure out. and I did. later I moved to Portugal had hotel business, and later I moved to Miami to become a full time artist and I had a dream to send my art to the space and I did it. I have a lot of dreams to live up this is what I do. I live a dream. and I always take risk when its about my dreams and I say YES to that and I see where it brings me too. life is a magical journey. I used to say anything is possible. always share the dreams with others people we can inspire them or we can motivate them to create something different in their life. now my life is limitless I do whatever I want, I create thing I love and I live my dream life and I used to say I can do it anyone can do it. stay true and joyful. I wrote a book joyful living guide book with my art on it. and I am traveling a lot. I am just starting. I did camino da Santiago, I went to burning man by myself many times and I create reality I desire because I believe in myself. when I have a dream I think where it is easy to make it real and I just go there and tell everyone why I am here. to live my dreams and take risks to make life a magical journey.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’m Aisha Makara – a resilient Mongolian artist, author, and entrepreneur with a remarkable life journey. It all started as an orphan in Russia, but I refused to let my circumstances define me. Instead, I embarked on a thrilling adventure, traveling the world and gaining an engineering degree in Norway.
Together with co-founding a successful property management company in Portugal, Lisbon White Rose LLC, I transformed spaces into captivating havens, including a boutique hotel with uniquely designed rooms.
My insatiable curiosity and language fluency allowed me to explore over 70 countries, broadening my horizons. Settling in Miami, I dove into my artistic dreams, organizing art events and immersing myself in the blockchain and crypto world, even initiating NFThursdays.
Fuelled by my trailblazing spirit, I went on to organize captivating festivals and achieved an incredible milestone in 2023 – becoming one of the first artists to send my artwork to space, engraved in gold.
I wrote a book joyful living guide book, you can find on amazon or my website joyfullivings.com
Currently based in New York, Manhattan, I’m passionately bridging the gap between the real and digital worlds, inspiring others to embrace the transformative power of their dreams. Join me on this exhilarating journey!

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
I am passion about to be example for others. I love to believe in myself. i used to say to myself if its not me who is going to do it. so I go and do it. and i always say I have myself, its more then enough. my mission in this world to continue to inspire people to live there dream by being example to live my dream life. I trust that we are here to live our best life now. and we have everything to do it now. we get to use our imaginary and be creative to live our life the way we see it for ourselves. anything is possible. find solutions and look for positive side of the situation. always learn from the experience and improve what matters.
I believe any dream has a story so create a story that people can feel wow. create own WOW. and be it and do it and live it.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
i believe each lesson is experience. and we get to learn to unlearn to look at life as life own us something. we get to go and create our life the way we want to create. nobody will do it for us. we get to do it. so strop to blame parents, society, and everyone around. learn to take responsibility over own actions. i get to learn that nobody will come to save me I get to do it myself. so I stop to wait and I start to act. and create my life from zero. and i know every time I go to new place I get to unlearn old patterns and create a new one that serve me. and i ask myself questions what serves me and what doesn’t serve me. I get to be flexible and adapt. flexibility is great tool to have and observation of the patterns that we all have and we dont change them because we afraid of changes. and changes are good it helps us to grow and look at life from different perspective. be flexible and responsible to create life of the dreams
