We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Elin Persson a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Elin, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
Since I was a little girl, I have always felt that I was meant to help people. It was like an inner knowing. I didn’t know how, but I was certain.
I experienced hardships and traumas that made me stronger, and I believed they had a purpose.
All my life, I have pushed myself to become better. I have always maintained a positive mindset, convinced that all my problems would eventually resolve themselves. Despite this, I struggled with low self-esteem, insecurities, and a tendency to please others. I was unaware of my self-worth, so I gave, but at the same time, I couldn’t receive. In not having my emotional needs met, I put up walls to protect myself, and it was in that masculine energy that I remained.
I was diagnosed with multiple illnesses and have had surgeries 17 times.
Then one day, I received a call from the doctor asking me to come in. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer that same day.
My life was shattered. Would I die and leave my two daughters behind? How long would I live if I was actually going to die from it? Three months and two surgeries later, I was declared cancer-free.
It felt like I had been given a second chance at life.
I decided to start taking care of myself. I began training in fitness and was drawn to that lifestyle. I started learning more about nutrition and its impact on the body and our overall health.
About three years ago, I had a so-called spiritual awakening. By then, I began to rediscover myself. I saw things I hadn’t been able to see before. I became aware of my own thoughts and behaviors and how they shaped my reality. Spirits began to channel through me, and a whole new world of learning about energies opened up.
I understood that I needed a coach.
By this time, I had also discovered that I made an impact on the people I met. I started hearing that people felt happier in my presence, that they were motivated, and they learned so much from our conversations. More than once, I was told that I should write a book.
I decided to become a coach in mindset, healing, and holistic health. Since that day, I have experienced many amazing things. Not only do I help people heal and elevate, but I also elevate and heal myself.
In this process of rediscovering myself, I met a very important person—my partner. He helped me see through my own shell and made me realize I had been lying to myself. I wasn’t the authentic woman I thought I was. Due to a past need to protect my heart, I was still living from a place of masculine energy. I started doing the work to find my way back to the woman I truly am. With insecurities, wounds, and a heart wide open, all vulnerable, I found myself.
Right now, I am focusing on helping women rediscover their femininity by giving them tools to heal and be brave enough to open their hearts to authentic love, despite all the hurt they’ve been through. My business partner and I are actually hosting our first healing retreat for women this coming spring.

Elin, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I explained a whole lot about who I am and how I got in to this in the previous section.
I am doing 1 on 1 sessions, both as in 12 weeks mindset/healing programs and also single sessions. I am also planning on starting group sessions for women as we speak.
I use techniqes such as neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), emotional freedom technique (EFT – tapping and havening), some light hypnosis and clean communication.
I also practice mediumship and parts of my coaching comes from my phsycic/intuitive abilities.
My coaching is influenced by neuro science, psychotherapy, spiritualism, stoicism, eastern medicine and a lot of love.
I coach people in mindset, healing and holistic health, where the whole body (BODY – MIND – SPIRIT), according to the four pillars (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual), are equally important.
My clients get help with routines, shifting mindset, healing old wounds, goal setting, training/movement, overall mindfullness and to learn their true potential.
People don’t know the power they possess in their own success and happiness. I help them discover that.
I have had several clients that I have helped with stress management (where they have been able to go back to work after sick leave), healing childhood traumas, getting in alignment with their purpose, training and overall mindfullness.
I also do channeling and the best feeling is when I meet a person who gets to communicate with a passed loved one.
My latest project is to help women rediscover their divine inner goddess, the feminine. There is a power so strong in a woman getting back to her true essence.
If women knew how powerful they were…
I want to be a part of helping them realise this.
I believe my strongest suit is that I can use many different techniques, all based on the need in that specific moment. I use my intuition to know what to do next.
And I am so proud of myself for listening to that intuition to follow this dream.
I feel so blessed to be able to do this.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
I am a huge fan of everything Joe Dispenza does.
And a book that has made an impact on me is The Untethered soul by Michael A. Singer.
They both made me understand that everything that feels right, is the right path. So I just had to do it.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
Yes! I had this belief, in the beginning, that I had to know everything before I could start.
That was my biggest challenge to overcome. It turned out I was only afraid to fail but I got the chance to work on that.
And then I just jumped.
