Owning a business is challenging – from increasing costs, regulations, competition and more the day to day of being a business owner if often far from glamorous. However, the reason so many of us do what we do is the moments when we are able to come through in a big way for our clients. The moments when we know we’ve made a real difference. Every entrepreneur we know wants to increase the frequency of those moments and so we think one of the best ways to do that is by having people share their stories with others – we can all learn from each other and become better recognizing and executing on opportunities to help our clients win.

Mike James is a former Army vet and devoted dog lover who has found financial success but was struggling to find a stylish, practical pooper scooper for his dog. After reading an article about my business, Mike decided to reach out. He had been searching for a scooper that kept his hands clean and matched his image as a successful vet. Mike was dissatisfied with the options available at pet stores—they were bulky, unattractive, and didn’t align with his style. After scheduling a Zoom call, I demonstrated our sleek 3D-printed pooper scooper and introduced him to our line of Merch For Dog Lovers swag. He instantly fell in love with the brand! Mike quickly purchased a pooper scooper for his dog and outfitted his family with Dog Lovers Club t-shirts. He shared that it had taken him years to find a scooper he felt confident carrying on walks. Now, even when he’s out of town, his wife no longer has to feel embarrassed—she uses her stylish scooper with pride when walking their dog. Read more>>

A family in San Diego reached out to my neurofeedback machine rental business a few months back looking for help for their young son who had experienced a severely traumatic event. As a result of the event, their son had anxiety and depression that was making daily life quite difficult for both him and themselves. They were desperate to help their child. The son had already seen promising results from neurofeedback sessions in an office-setting, but the training was quite expensive to complete in-office and the parents were desperately looking for a more affordable route of training. That’s how they found out that they could complete similar training at home for quite a bit less money through my business. After two months of training two neurofeedback sessions per day with their child, the mother sent me an email with a beautiful report: her son’s anxiety and depression were no longer an issue; he was back to his old self. As a result of their son’s improvement, the parents felt much better, as well. They felt they had started a new chapter in their lives. Read more>>
