Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Grace Redman. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Grace thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?
Growing up, I was surrounded by an incredible community, and I truly believe in the phrase, “It takes a village.” Every day, my home was filled with the warmth of family and friends. Mornings began with my mom and aunts sipping coffee, and by dinner, the table was covered with mouth-watering dishes that seemed endless. The aroma of garlic and onion would fill the air as my mom and her friends cooked as if they were feeding an army. There were always family favorites like my aunt’s famous broccoli noodle casserole and traditional Middle Eastern staples like hummus and tabbouleh. Every meal felt like a buffet of love and flavor—I never knew what to pick first!
But more than the delicious food, it was the memories that stood out. The laughter of adults in the living room, the sounds of kids running around, and the spontaneous dancing that filled our home with joy still echo in my heart. Those moments of connection, fun, and playfulness became the foundation of who I am today.
My parents’ kindness and generosity taught me the value of building meaningful relationships. Their open hearts and welcoming home showed me that success isn’t just about business—it’s about the connections we create. Building connection and focusing on relationships has been at the core of my success, and it’s what drives me to give my clients the best experiences possible.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
First and foremost, I am a mother, wife, friend, and sister. I started Stansbury Staffing 25 years ago with the goal of having the freedom to raise my family and create an income that would contribute to creating a great life for us. When I started my business in 2001 during the dot-com boom, many doubted me because I was entering a male-dominated industry with a high turnover rate of 75%, most people regardless of gender didn’t succeed in the staffing industry. Thankfully, I trusted my intuition and pursued my entrepreneurial desire, despite feedback from well intentioned family and friends. In 2024 we were named top 5 women owned business in our area. Can you imagine if i didn’t listen to my intuition?? This journey built my resilience, grew my confidence, and gave me life experiences that shaped who I am today.
In 2016, I felt a strong intuition to expand and start a coaching side of the business, as guiding my staff and clients had always come naturally to me. I had been fascinated by self-development since I was 15, having devoured thousands of books on success, I was always the go to person in my circle. As I pursued my coaching certifications, I experienced my own life transformation. Despite my external success, I realized something was missing: a deeper connection to myself and a power greater than me. I discovered that my old belief system, which had driven my achievements, was now holding me back from reaching new levels of emotional and mental freedom.
It was time to do the deep work—examining the stories I was telling myself that were limiting me. I learned that success is an inside job, and that we can do, be, and have whatever we desire without the constant hustle and grind. This process wasn’t always comfortable, but it was necessary for growth.
Mindset is everything, and I believe wholeheartedly in its power. I’ve overcome countless challenges in both my personal and professional life—economic crises, family addiction, health struggles, and caring for my parents at the end of their lives. But nothing has stopped me. Today, because I did the inner work, I’ve created a life I truly love, one I don’t need to escape from. My greatest accomplishment has been raising my family and providing them with an environment that is loving, uplifting, and safe.
I’m now more emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially fit than ever before. I work because I enjoy it, not because I need to prove my worth. My relationships are healthy, and my connection to myself and my higher power continues to deepen. Truly, the better it gets, the better it gets.
As an Entrepreneur, Success Coach, bestselling author of Can I Live?! Dare to Go from F*cked Up to Fabulous*, podcast host of Real Talk with Grace Redman, and coach to thousands, I am passionate about helping high performers break through their self-imposed limits. I believe that no matter your circumstances, you CAN be, do, and have whatever you desire. I’m living proof that anything is possible! When we grow and succeed we inspire others to do the same.
Most importantly I am kind, loving, authentic, and accepting and I carry these qualities into everything I do.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the biggest lessons I’ve had to unlearn is the belief that I needed to hustle and grind to earn and deserve the things I wanted in life. Like many, I was conditioned to think that success only comes through hard work and sacrifice. I rode that hustle train hard, and while I became great at it, it eventually burned me out and left me feeling empty, like I was always chasing the dragon.
As I dove deeper into self-awareness, I also realized I had tied my worth to my accomplishments. I believed I had to earn everything I desired and that I was only valuable when I was achieving. No wonder I felt drained! Today, my belief is that I am worthy—no matter what. I still love the hustle, but now I approach it from a place of joy and passion, not because I need to prove my worth. This shift has been incredibly freeing and empowering. I’ve learned that we attract magic and abundance when we act from a place of commitment, consistency, inspired action, faith, and trust.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Much of my success is rooted in resilience. My business has weathered four economic crises and a pandemic while many others shut their doors. But one experience that truly tested my resilience was a health crisis I faced in 2022.
That summer, I was diagnosed with cancerous growths on my thyroid and told I needed a thyroidectomy. One doctor even said my health would decline and I would never be the same again. Those words hit me hard, but I refused to accept that as my reality. I made a decision right then—I was going to come out of this stronger than ever.
The journey wasn’t easy, but I used every tool I had taught others. As a coach who helps people live their best lives, I knew I had to walk my own talk. I committed to becoming the best version of myself—emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
I really had to go back to the self development basics. Number one was really focusing on my mindset and being aware of my thoughts. I spent time visualizing the healthiest version of myself. I leaned into the practice of gratitude and I had the perspective that this health crisis was happening for me not to me. I realized that there were life changes that needed to be made. I got really honest with myself. Situations that had been working for me in the past were no longer working and it was time to put myself first in those situations where I was “abandoning” myself.
And now, more than two years later, I can confidently say I feel better than I ever have. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others unlock their full potential, no matter what life throws at them—emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
