We recently connected with Aldino Sambaho and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, ALDINO thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Almost all entrepreneurs have had to decide whether to start now or later? There are always pros and cons for waiting and so we’d love to hear what you think about your decision in retrospect. If you could go back in time, would you have started your business sooner, later or at the exact time you started?
I always had the Entrepreneur’s mentality. I always wanted to work for myself because I don’t like to be told what to do and I like to make the most out of my time. The most precious thing we have is TIME. I wish I had started my business earlier but I didn’t have the resources and ability to do so, even though I always wanted to build my own business. I came from a hard-working generation and nobody taught me how to become financially independent. So, I had to figure it out, reading books, attending seminars, watching YouTube Videos, and hiring mentors.
I would be in a way better place by now if I had started my business sooner. My business should’ve grown exponentially by now because the sooner you start something, the better.
As the world of business and entrepreneurship evolves, I would be a better Entrepreneur, businessman, and possibly a greater investor because it takes years to build a stable and rewarding company. It’s okay because I am on my way there.

ALDINO, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am Aldino Sambaho, aka Bigflex Dogg, I am an Entrepreneur, Bodybuilder, & Media Personality.
I was a competitive Bodybuilder and I am an IFBB Pro bodybuilder, so fitness, wellness, and gym are my first passion.
I got into media companies and e-commerce businesses via my LLC named ALDINO SAMBAHO Enterprises LLC because I went to IT and computer engineering school and technology is my second passion, I love IT, computers, technology, and the internet, etc, etc, etc and I always wanted to build the business in the field where I dominate, so I built my media companies and e-commerce stores while I was still competing in bodybuilding shows.
My media companies provide news, articles, podcasts, and YouTube Videos related to the fitness and bodybuilding industry.
My e-commerce stores provide the best fitness apparel and the best online personal training programs in the fitness and bodybuilding industry. What sets my company apart from others is the fact that my company is unique. Our apparel, articles, and services are totally different from other competitors.
I am most proud of the fact that I could build what I love and it provides value to our readers daily.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
I never had a business loan or business funding.
I worked 3 jobs while homeless and saving because I badly wanted to invest in my business and build my empire.
I was working as a bouncer, bodybuilder, and construction worker while living in a shelter in the national capital Washington, DC, because I had to save at least $30,000 to invest in my business ventures and I don’t have a business partner either. Hardship builds you while comfort destroys you.
It was a tough journey but unconditionally rewarding.

How did you build your audience on social media?
I built my audience on social media by posting daily and at least 5-10 posts daily for at least 5-10 years. I have 6 Facebook business pages connected to Instagram, I also have a Facebook manager ads account, and I run ads on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google, and sometimes on X ( Twitter).
You have to be consistent and persistent if you want to build a presence online and build your audiences.
I still post, share, like, and comment on multiple posts daily on all social media platforms.
Consistency is the key to building anything you want to achieve.
