Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tiffany Neuman. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Tiffany, appreciate you joining us today. Risking taking is a huge part of most people’s story but too often society overlooks those risks and only focuses on where you are today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – it could be a big risk or a small one – but walk us through the backstory.
I recently closed a membership community I was running which was a big risk because it was full of clients I loved and a source of recurring revenue – but I knew in order to take my business to the next level I had to remove what was no longer serving me, everything that was a distraction and do what was best for my clients. It turned out to be an amazing decision, I replaced the revenue within 2 weeks and it was a win/win for all involved.

Tiffany, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
After 15 years in the corporate world, working as a creative director with brands like Adidas, Stoli Vodka and Burt’s Bees, I left to establish a revolutionary branding business that stays one step ahead of trends because I saw a gap in the online business space and that most entrepreneurs were doing branding wrong.
I now help driven entrepreneurs make their message into a movement, through messaging, branding and signature talk training. I work with clients across the globe to help them 10x their sales and shine even brighter as thought leaders. My goal is to help clients create Scalable, Sustainable, and Sellable brands and I do this through my trademarked Legacy Brand™ process where we install a Brand Operating System (OS)™ into their business.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
I believe in being social media optional – I don’t love it personally and think it’s a time suck – so instead of focusing on building my brand on social (although I do still have a presence so people can find me) – I focused on building a referral partner program, a strong brand ecosystem that fosters retention and being visible through speaking and writing. I now integrate this philosophy with my clients and it’s been effective to build a successful business and brand without relying on social media for them too.

Have you ever had to pivot?
Things have been shifting online since 2020 due to the pandemic, world events, and technology. My very successful launch strategy stopped working as effectively and I had to pivot as the business had slowed down. I found a new effective strategy and just had one of my best launches to date! It’s proof that we can be resilient and grow our businesses during any circumstances if we follow our intuition and are open to change.
