Brittany, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. How did you get your first job in the field that you practice in today?
I am a caring, outgoing, loving person. So when i landed a job at 19 at a assistant living facility i knew i wanted to take care of people. I then did my research to up my status and got deeper in the field to take care of people.

I started out doing dietary service and was very good at it. I knew i wanted to do more when i seen how the nurses took care of people. Thats when i got introduced to the nursing field and started asking questions on were to start
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I always was told word of mouth is the best advertisement, so o always made sure to do good work and let it speak volume
Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
In the nursing field making connections and building relationships is the biggest
