What we do differently from other bookkeeping firms is we truly set up our clients for success from the get go!

Most bookkeeping firms set up an account and then you never hear from them again. We are in our clients books weekly and offer financial reporting each month. This gives our clients the ability to see their financials and make adjustments in real time.

We offer monthly consultations as part of what we do. What does that mean exactly? It means each month we are available to review your financials with you. We offer monthly consultations where we can give our clients options to make changes and bring them the biggest bang for their buck!

What helped my reputation is being a local from Encinitas with a business in Encinitas. My family has lived in town since the 70’s. We are a family of surfers and being locals has given The Bizzy Bee Bookkeeper the ability to stay true to the roots of Encinitas and what it offers. Surf, Sun & Fun!

I love being a bookkeeper and pour my heart and soul into being available to my clients. I enjoy making bookkeeping fun!

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?

I am in constant contact with my clients. This is very rare for a bookkeeping firm. I have made it my goal to offer monthly financial reporting to my clients. What sets us apart from other firms is we actually answer the phone and have one on one contact with our clients. We Facetime, Zoom, meet for coffee, grab lunch, you name it! We like to have that face to face time with our clients in order to offer that special need we all have for human contact. To assist our clients, offering the monthly one on one time has been a continuous ‘atta boy” from everyone we work with. Our clients love that they can call me at 8am asking for reports and within minutes they have a real time financial report to present to their staff or bank.
