Bb anne, appreciate you joining us today. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?
I have done a lot of creative work for my music. As an independent artist just starting out, you don’t realize how much work is actually involved; if you can call it work! I have been able to express my exact thoughts and feelings through the process of creating album covers, single song covers, reels, etc. I created the art work for my latest EP, and it being able to capture the feeling through the creation… that’s something.

Hey now,
My name is bb Anne, a singer-songwriter with a passion for crafting heartfelt tunes :). Southern Ontario CANADA rooted, my love for music turned into a passion after rediscovering an old guitar my father had bought me.
Once I started writing music, I wanted to record and release it as well, not knowing how much time & effort it takes to do all the background work (again if you can call it work :))… album covers, reels, song covers, the editing… I have been proud of the work I have put out, Canva has made that a lot easier for me.
My passion is truly in the writing and being able to perform original music, but I now also have this passion to keep creating this brand for myself. It’s a lot of fun creating.
For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect for my is being able to look back on the beginning stages, whether it be the first draft of a song, or the first craft of an album cover. The final product, yeah sure is what it is – but the process that it took to get there, now that’s rewarding.
Have you ever had to pivot?
In the most recent years, I’ve had to take a small pay cut in order to focus on my creative career. I am very fortunate to be able to still have the same job & be able to put my focus the creative part of my life. It’s where I am most happy.
