We were lucky to catch up with Alexander Reilly Fay recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Alexander Reilly thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?

Unite Worldwide, Inc. was formed when I was a junior in college several months before my father had passed away. I was studying biology and chemistry and was planning on going to dental school. My junior / senior year of college, I realized that Dental school wouldn’t make me happy and fulfilled, so I started thinking outside of the box. I realized that this world that we’re living in was created by other humans and their own ideas… and then I thought why is there so much chaos in this world? I then started asking more questions. Who is creating all of this? Why is this our main focus? Where is the hope in this world? Then I decided to create that by creating Unite Worldwide, Inc. by being the first step in uniting this world.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Unite Worldwide, Inc. has marketplaces throughout Florida. Alexander (Reilly) Fay owns the company. In 2020, Alexander developed a business idea of advertising throughout local marketplaces. After months of publishing advertisements at different local vendor marketplaces, the owner of one of the markets asked if we could host the marketplace for them. From then on, we searched for properties to host marketplaces. After starting with sandwich board advertisements at their local Coconut Grove, Florida market, we have expanded to 5 locations throughout Florida including Brickell, youth soccer tournaments with 250+ soccer teams, south beach marketplaces, and many other locations.

Have you ever had to pivot?

I was in college and came up with this idea to help unite the world. I was so convinced of the idea that once I graduated college, I decided to leave dental school and pursue my vision of bringing this world together. I packed my bags from central Illinois at the age of 22, and drove 20 hours non-stop down to Miami (not knowing anyone down here) to pursue my vision. I feel like it is developing my character right now, but this is a marathon. It could all fall apart at any moment, but I think that’s the beauty of this world. You have to enjoy every second of it, because there might not be another tomorrow.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Just being transparent, professional, and simple is what has been working for me so far. It’s not a huge following yet, but it is a good crowd. Just be yourself and that will attract the right people.
