We recently connected with Tina Pham and have shared our conversation below.
Tina, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
My mission as both a wedding planner and coordinator is to guide couples through the entire journey of their wedding, from initial planning to the final moments of their special day. As a planner, I focus on bringing each couple’s vision to life by meticulously curating every detail, managing the budget, and creating a personalized and memorable experience. As a coordinator, my goal is to ensure the wedding day runs smoothly by overseeing logistics, managing vendors, and handling any unforeseen challenges. Ultimately, I strive to provide a seamless, stress-free experience so that couples can fully enjoy every moment of their celebration.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’m a dedicated wedding planner and coordinator with a passion for turning dreams into reality. My journey into the wedding industry began with my love for event planning and a deep appreciation for the joy that weddings bring. After planning a few events for friends and family, I realized how much I enjoyed the creativity, organization, and problem-solving involved, which led me to pursue this career full-time.
I solve a range of problems for my clients, from navigating the overwhelming planning process and managing budgets to coordinating with vendors and troubleshooting unexpected issues on the wedding day. My goal is to alleviate stress so couples can focus on what matters most: celebrating their love.
What sets me apart is my personalized approach—I take the time to get to know each couple, understanding their unique style, preferences, and vision. I’m known for my calm demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to making each wedding as unique as the couple themselves. I believe that every wedding should feel like a reflection of the couple’s story, and I’m passionate about bringing that to life in a way that feels effortless and enjoyable for my clients.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
I originally majored in science and was on the path to a pharmacy career, driven by my love for helping others and a natural affinity for organization. However, as I progressed, I realized that the pharmaceutical field wasn’t fulfilling my creative side, and I felt something was missing. On a whim, I decided to intern at a wedding planning company just for fun, thinking it would be a great way to explore my interest in events.
What started as a casual internship quickly turned into a passion. I fell in love with the process of creating beautiful, meaningful celebrations and the joy of helping couples navigate one of the most important days of their lives. I knew I had found my true calling when I saw the impact of my work on my clients’ happiness. That’s when I decided to take the leap, combine my organizational skills with my newfound passion, and turn it into a business. Now, I can’t imagine doing anything else, and I feel incredibly grateful to have found a career that allows me to blend creativity, planning, and personal connection every day.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of new clients for me has always been referrals from vendors and past clients. I believe this comes from the strong relationships I build with everyone involved in the planning process. When vendors and clients refer me, it’s a testament to the trust, professionalism, and positive experiences they’ve had working with me. These referrals mean the world because they are a direct reflection of my dedication to providing exceptional service. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that my past clients and trusted vendors are confident in recommending me to others—it’s the highest compliment I can receive.
