I’ve been passionate about storytelling and creativity for as long as I can remember. My journey into public relations and marketing began over 11 years ago, fueled by a deep love for connecting brands with their audiences in meaningful ways. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible global brands such as Nike, Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Don Julio, Diesel, Beck’s, and many others. Each project has been a unique opportunity to craft compelling narratives that not only elevate the brand but resonate deeply with their target audiences.
My specialty lies in content creation, branding, and marketing strategies that help businesses enhance their visibility and create lasting impressions. Whether it’s through public relations campaigns, influencer marketing, or comprehensive 360-degree communication strategies, my goal is always to drive demand, increase brand recall, and build strong connections between the brand and its audience. From launching campaigns like “Por Amor” for Don Julio, to managing the national debut of the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare Port Dundas, I’m proud of the measurable impact my work has had on the brands I’ve partnered with.

Any advice for managing a team?
My advice for managing and maintaining high morale revolves around open communication and genuine teamwork. It’s essential to truly understand the strengths and abilities of your team members, recognizing that not everyone excels at everything, and that’s okay. What matters most is creating an environment where each person feels valued for what they bring to the table.
One of the key things I emphasize is leading by example. If the team is working late, I’m there with them. It’s important for your team to know that you are fully committed and share in both the challenges and successes. When they see you invested, it fosters a sense of unity and mutual respect.
Another crucial factor is fostering an environment where communication is open and transparent. I encourage feedback, celebrate wins—no matter how small—and address challenges collectively. This way, people feel supported and are more likely to contribute their best ideas and efforts.
Ultimately, high morale comes from knowing you’re part of something bigger, where your efforts are recognized, your voice is heard, and your leader is right there alongside you.

Fostering brand loyalty is all about consistent, meaningful communication. I prioritize regular check-ins with my clients, not just to discuss campaign results but to explore new opportunities, share feedback, and ensure we’re always aligned with their evolving vision. This approach helps build a strong, trust-based relationship.
I use data-driven insights to create personalized strategies that keep both the brand and its audience engaged. By understanding the nuances of their business, I can deliver content and experiences that resonate, ensuring their brand stays relevant.
What truly sets my approach apart is the partnership mentality I bring to each relationship. I’m not just a service provider; I’m fully invested in my clients’ success.
