We were lucky to catch up with Edward Beazer recently and have shared our conversation below.
Edward, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
I was given a small genetic rubber ball from my coach to practice with. It helped my game so much that we made it part of our weekly routine.
Then I got the idea to develop a ball like this specifically for pickkeball.
It had to look like a Pickleball, same color, similar bounce, just smaller to help improve eye/hand coordination and ball/paddle contact.
Edward, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My background is business. Food/beverage/coffee shops.
I was a District Manager for a regional pizza chain.
I was also the first Utah District Manager for this little coffee chain, called Starbucks Coffee.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Our biggest challenge has been to educate Pickleball players about our revolutionary new mini training Pickleball. Since it never existed before, players don’t know why they need it. What it does for their game. Why it is so different.
How did you build your audience on social media?
I took over the marketing in June of this year. Since I have we have seen a 400% increase in sales.
It take being willing to spend the time and just hustle.
