I actually started as a Realtor for the Blankenship Group. While I still wear that hat as well, shortly after I started I was offered the position to be the team’s social media manager after my team lead saw what I was creating for my own platforms. I currently manage my own social media, which has allowed me to maintain an authentic connection with my audience. As a content creator in fitness, DIY, and family life, it’s important for me to directly engage with my followers and have control over the content and messaging. Managing my platforms also helps me stay aware of trends and understand what resonates with my audience. I chose to manage my own social media because I believe that personal engagement builds trust. My followers know it’s me responding to their comments and messages, which strengthens our relationship and helps grow my community. As of right now I do manage my own social media, but that’s only because I do not have anyone else to manage it. I hope in the future to find someone to manage it as I would rather have someone else manage my professional page and I continue to develop and work on my personal page as there are two different things, I kind of like to be Beyoncé when it comes to social media don’t really wanna respond. I do appreciate everybody’s support and likes but at this time I’m just not sure if you know the comments of course I’m gonna receive positive comments but as far as negative, I’m not sure where I am right now in this moment in life, I’m still learning myself.
