Yana, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
**Leaving a Legacy: My Journey in Family Photography**
My name is Yana Ivanova, and I was born in 1992. I am currently 32 years old. I was born in Siberia, where the gray landscapes and cold weather were part of daily life. In this gray world, I was always drawn to beauty, which I sought in my surroundings. The work of other photographers inspired me, and I dreamed of capturing the beauty I saw in my mind.
At seventeen, I was gifted my first camera. I remember how uncomfortable I felt taking it out of my bag and how shy I was about taking photos. Over time, I began to explore photography, although my first attempts were awkward. It took many years before I started doing commercial photography.
My husband has always supported my endeavors. He believed in me, was willing to invest in my passion, and helped me grow as a photographer. His support has been incredibly important to me throughout my journey.
Moving to America has been a new source of inspiration for me. I am captivated by the happy smiles of people, the joyful moments of family life, and the incredibly beautiful locations. These new emotions and experiences fill my work and give me the strength to continue doing what I love.
In my work, I strive to create a legacy that will remain alive and meaningful for future generations. My main desire is for my photographs to become not just images but important parts of family history that will be passed down through generations. I hope that people will remember me as a photographer who could capture and preserve genuine emotions and moments.
When I am no longer here, I want people to remember my work as examples of deep respect for family values and love. I hope that my photos will serve as a reminder of the importance of cherishing every moment with loved ones and preserving these moments for future generations.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
**About Me and My Approach to Photography**
My name is Yana Ivanova, and my journey in photography began in Siberia, where I grew up among gray landscapes and a cold climate. In this environment, I was always drawn to beauty, which I sought in the world around me and dreamed of capturing through the lens of a camera.
My path in photography started when, at seventeen, I was gifted my first camera. I remember feeling shy about using it, but over time I began to explore this fascinating profession. My drive for perfection and desire to convey beauty and emotions through photography eventually led me to commercial work.
Today, I specialize in family photography, providing services that help people preserve important moments in their lives. My photographs are more than just images; they are significant parts of family history that will be passed down through generations. I strive to capture genuine emotions and real moments that hold special meaning for each family.
What sets me apart from other photographers is my ability to see and convey authentic feelings and unique stories. My approach is based on a deep respect for family values and a commitment to preserving important moments in people’s lives. I take pride in creating photographs that become cherished memories for my clients.
