We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jeremy Smith a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Jeremy , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.

For Jeremy and Chelsea, committing to full-time hosting of *The American Dream: Selling Atlanta* was a big leap. Their main concern? Time management and the possibility of losing that personal touch with clients they’re known for. But the risk has paid off in a big way! They’ve been able to showcase a fun, personal side of their business that clients don’t always get to see in a professional setting. It’s also helped them improve their communication skills. Of course, working with your best friend can be risky too! Jeremy and Chelsea are at different brokerages, with distinct client bases and specialties, but they’ve discovered that they work extremely well together. In fact, it’s only made their friendship stronger.

Jeremy and Chelsea met over 10 years ago at a fashion show in Midtown Atlanta, and thanks to some mutual friends, they’ve been pretty much inseparable ever since! Joining the cast of *The American Dream* has only brought them closer. They love hitting up social events and networking all over the city—it’s kind of their thing (ATL socialites?). And when you’re having this much fun, it never even feels like work!

In Atlanta, reputation is everything! Jeremy and Chelsea are Realtors first, TV hosts second, and they know the city inside and out.
