Randell, appreciate you joining us today. Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?

Been over 30 and returning to show business was not easy but with age comes knowledge and experience. Which has helped me make incredible music with incredible talents and be able to bring Major stars to a tv show that I started at age 39.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I started in Universal Music at the age of 16 as a Reggaeton artist. Machete music was closed and with that my dream. So i decided to study communications and learn more about what I love.
I have worked/sang with talents from around the world “India,South Korea,Chile,Argentina etc” as well as always been real no autotune no melodyne no double takes for the tv show showing everyone we need to stay authentic.

What can society do to ensure an environment that’s helpful to artists and creatives?

Family and friends should support those artists that they personally know and believe in them just like they do any random artists that they support

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

Showing mankind that being honest and real is the way to go. My main mission has always been to open peoples eyes to the real world and one day make enough to save as many homeless animals as possible
