Mahvish, appreciate you joining us today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – walk us through the story?

9 out of 10 would never understand a professional seeking growth in purposeful work rather than just the numbers made for mere profits.
I worked in IT corporate sector for over a decade serving multiple Business roles with RANDSTAD/ SYNCHRONY FINANCIAL/ HSBC etc and learned the biggest survival reality of concrete jungle where the human touch to your existence keeps going weaker and weaker hence after Covid 19 hit the human race it’s changed my perspective of growth and I totally switched my professional game from machines to human and Got Montessori Diploma in my 30’s and Started marykay business to touch as many female lives to share the ideology of true Growth and help children understand Real life goals through the philosophy of Dr.Maria Montessori which will help me live my purpose to leave good behind when I look back at life and take pride and never regret life lived .

Mahvish, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

What builds a healthy community? What makes Texas a great state where we see everyday people migrating here for better life? I say that secret to strong community is the ability to depend on its own resources for generating revenue that’s pride taking . Marykay Desi mission that I run gives me an opportunity to pass on the ultimate freedom of expression and entrepreneurial freedom to every person who seeks to Grow and create their own circle of success.
The mission Montessori I live everyday helps me pass onn the beauty of life and contribute to creating Leaders of Gen-z who are independent and strong Samaritans who will promote world peace!

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

The most tested times of my life were when I had to live separated from my child for 3 years to complete legal process for him to join me here in Dallas Texas for our happily ever after. I had panic attacks and went into therapy unable to cope up with the testing times However that’s exactly when I let God help me find a path to turn this ugly phase of resilience into the Research zone of soul calling . I joined a school to share the Love my soul was unable to share with my own child rather I started sharing it with the children of community. Few months into Educating these pure souls I truly found my purpose and started my College Diploma for Montessori Certification. I was spending quality time over internet with my child helping him cope with his mother being away and investing his young phase into learning Montessori online with me where we were both healing achieving life goals together.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

I definitely was never able to answer people asking me how can I change a Corporate career curve after decade of service and finally reaching to a phase where I could just Lead a project for the Top 500 Fortune companies Rather I totally take a U-Turn and start fresh with a new prospective of life where I just followed my heart and soul.
I had sleepless nights thinking what if it’s a disaster and I end up regretting this bold move in my 30’s However today I can say that I have become a human of purpose and passion with giving meaningful days to my journey. Iam happier and healthier and feel like a magnet of attracting the best souls in this universe as I went through this process of refining Life for Love and Peace.
Definitely unlearning the meaning of Success the world taught me to what I believe today .
