Hi Leslie, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started my jewelry brand, Elle Chase Accents, in 2021 as a tribute to my Grandmother, Lillie Mae Chase. Inspired by her strength and love, I wanted to create something special that embodied those values. My focus has always been on crafting bold, statement, one-of-a-kind custom bracelets for Men and Women who appreciate unique pieces.
With a commitment to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction, I’ve built a brand that reflects my values. Today, I am proud to offer distinctive jewelry that resonates with my audience, and I’m excited to continue growing my brand while honoring my Grandmother’s legacy. My story is one of resilience and the belief that, with hard work and genuine heart, we can create something truly meaningful.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Throughout my journey, I faced significant challenges, particularly in navigating market competition, building trust, and establishing brand recognition. Competing with established jewelry brands as I strived to differentiate my unique pieces in a crowded marketplace, was a little challenging at first. However, I shifted my focus. I gravitated to my God-Given strengths by building stronger relationships with my target audience. Understanding their values, preferences regarding my bracelet designs, and their lifestyles, I am now able to effectively create without the boundaries I once had. Using value engineering to ensure they are economically feasible and affordable without compromising quality is always a priority. I no longer focus on the OUTER circle, but my INNER circle. That, for me, was a Game Changer.
Additionally, I encountered individuals who undermined my efforts, which made it difficult to trust others in the industry. This experience taught me the importance of surrounding myself with supportive and genuine people. Despite these obstacles, I remained committed to my vision, working tirelessly to build a brand that resonates with my audience and reflects my strengths and my values.

I am most proud of my diverse career journey. I am a Degreed Interior Designer, a Licensed Master Cosmetologist in Georgia and Florida and a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor.
As a self-taught Jewelry Artist, I began with NO knowledge of jewelry making and started from scratch without any formal training. I now design and create handmade, one of a kind bracelets for Men and Women. Because no bracelet is ever duplicated, each piece is unique and sentimental to my client; they all show individuality and the distinct personality of the wearer.
As an innovative Artist, I realized I needed to develop a more conservative collection in addition to my ‘Bold Elegance’ Series. While ‘Bold Elegance’ is an Assortment of Chunky, Statement, Wow-Factor pieces, my Newest collection ‘The Classic Man’ is of stark contrast. It features refined, minimalist, and simplistic designs tailored specifically for Men.
My brand, Elle Chase Accents is recognized for its meticulous attention to detail, originality and unmatched creativity. I give all Honor to God alone. He has definitely Blessed the Works of my Hands in more ways than one, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The most important quality for my success as a jewelry brand has been my creativity. It allows me to design unique and innovative pieces that truly resonate with my audience. Alongside creativity, my attention to detail, passion for my craft, resilience in overcoming challenges, and a strong understanding of my target market have also played crucial roles in shaping my brand. Each of these qualities has contributed to my journey and helped me connect with my customers on a deeper level.
