Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Bowen
Hi Victoria, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My family has always loved food – we always went out to eat growing up and would travel to neighboring towns to try new places. Eventually, we’d base our travels stateside and international, surrounding food and always express interest in learning about cultural delicacies and traditions. When I moved to Charleston, creating my own food Instagram just made sense! It allows me to connect with the community, tourism, and stay up to date on the happenings in town!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’d say I’ve had a fun time doing it all, the hardest times are when I found myself in a creative rut or lack boundaries around my already busy schedule. Then I take a step back and remove some of the pressure to reset!
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I have created a food-centric Instagram based around Charleston businesses and restaurants. I love to highlight other local businesses and services as well as incorporating the wellness space to tie in my mental health background.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?

Each of these ladies have been such lights in my journey. They have all encouraged me, offered me support, and served as my gracious plus ones & vice versa!
