When I founded Candi Aesthetics and Consulting LLC, I identified a critical gap in the education within the aesthetics field. With nearly a decade of experience in aesthetic sales, training, and business growth, I saw an opportunity to make a real impact on medical clinics and spas. My motivation was clear: to use my expertise to help these businesses grow, moving from six to seven figures. The results, such as helping an office generate $20,000 in product sales in a 5-hour window, confirmed the need for my targeted coaching and strategies. My passion for teaching and deep industry knowledge allows me to drive meaningful growth for clinics and med spas.

My journey into the aesthetics industry began over nine years ago, driven by a passion for helping medical clinics and medspas thrive. Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Most of my new clients come through word-of-mouth and referrals, which I think speaks to the trust and results I’ve built over time. The relationships I’ve nurtured within the aesthetics industry also play a big role. I’ve found that when you genuinely help people and deliver on your promises, they naturally spread the word. Additionally, being active in the community, attending industry events, and maintaining a strong presence on social media have helped attract clients who are serious about growing their businesses.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty by maintaining consistent communication and providing ongoing support even after the initial engagement. Whether it’s through regular check-ins, or personalized follow-ups, I make sure my clients know I’m invested in their long-term success. I also offer exclusive insights and updates, which helps clients feel valued and connected to the brand. Building strong, trust-based relationships is key, and I always aim to go above and beyond to ensure my clients feel supported and appreciated.
