We were lucky to catch up with Heidi Abreu recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Heidi thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?

The naming of my business is a transition from my first business Lotus Blooming Ayurveda to Divine Octave.

I was beautifully shown by my guides to evolve my offerings to support light workers.This includes Galactic Akashic Record Readings with Sound Healing, which allows people to tap into their own intuition and healing for clear soul guidance.

This also includes expanding my Astrology sessions to include Galactic Astrology which will allow people to explore their Galactic heritage. This has been so much fun, and the feedback from clients feeling inspired and supported in even more ways as they follow their dreams has been truly amazing!

The name Divine Octave was shown to me as a connection to everyone’s own innate essence. The soul guidance sessions I provide assist each person into tapping into their own soul story. Bringing beautiful clarity to their Soul Purpose.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

My passion for wellness and healing has been going for as long as I can remember and my personal business has been going strong for the past 13 years. I have enjoyed many years of hands on healing with Ayurvedic Bodywork therapies that I still enjoy offering a long side my Akashic Records readings, Sound Healing sessions and Galactic Astrology guidance.

I have always had naturally empathic, intuitive, and clairvoyant abilities since I was a child and I also have studied many different healing modalities over the years to hone my craft of healing and soul guidance.

This allows me to tap into many different abilities to assist in sessions with my clients, so they feel supported and seen with practical next steps that get them real results! This naturally takes them to the next level of their spiritual journey.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

I think I’ve had to unlearn playing it safe and conforming to social norms within business. One thing I’ve come to realize stepping into this new evolution of my business is that it’s all possible! You can make your dreams a reality. That we can change and grow and our business can evolve with us. That sharing with others what I have done gives them freedom to change and shift into their soul purpose.

I’m so passionate about working with people who are interested in breaking social norms or old ideas of how we should be working and living. I want to show people that thriving and success can look however they want it to!

I want my story of releasing fears, and concerns over doing new innovative healing modalities and guidance to inspire others to do new things in the wellness industry that are exciting and fresh!

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

Over the past few years I have had to work through many health challenges of having an autoimmune disorder.

This took my energy levels from very high to very low. My passion and my love for this work gave me such a drive to continue forward on days that were very hard. With having many tools in my healing toolbox I knew that this journey with my body struggles would only be temporary, and I would be able to help so many others with an autoimmune diagnosis know that they are not their diagnosis, but so much more.

I have now been able to pass the knowledge and resources i have gained on to so many people! This allowance of giving people more ease as they navigate their own soul growth. This truly has made me grateful for my experience. An illness can truly become one of our greatest teachers!
