Today we’d like to introduce you to Keisha Jordan
Hi Keisha, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started my journey when I met my partner in college. He creates music and I started doing his graphics and photography. Fast forward to us having our child in 2010, as a new mom I found myself even more obsessed with photography. I would take photos of my child all the time and decided that I would start a business so that I could stay home with the baby and do something I loved.
Photography turned into brand design/photography, which turned into brand strategy which led to me realizing that so many people are operating from an inauthentic place in their lives and businesses. They would struggle to express themselves.
This led to me diving into the world of Self-Expression & Voice Activation. I got certified in subconscious and somatic modalities and started my journey helping others become more authentically expressed.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has been anything BUT smooth. Being a young parent and trying to figure out running a business was a wild ride of its own. Then everything that comes with running your business like people not supporting you when you thought they would, learning how to wear so many hats, dealing with unpleasant clients.
And then just the ups and down of income when you’re figuring things out and pivoting. It has been a lot but it is worth it.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐢𝐧 / 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫?
I help marginalized people heal their familial and societal wounding around Self-Expression & using their voices.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬?
What sets me apart is the way I blend so many modalities. I use Hypnotherapy, EFT/TFT Tapping, TIME Techniques, Coaching, Somatic Practices as well as spiritual modalities like Human Design & Astrology, and creative modalities like Emotional Art Practices.
I also talk a lot about intersectionality of identities and the unique struggles that come with being someone who identifies as Black, Brown, Queer, etc.
I’m also a digital artist and I focus on creating art that is inclusive, spotlighting those who aren’t normally centered. From Disabled folks, to Black and Brown folks, to Queer folks etc.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐞?
I am most proud of the fact that no matter what, inclusivity is at the forefront of my brand. I create spaces where people feel safe to express themselves and be witnessed as their authentic selves. They can put down the masks that they’ve felt they’ve needed to wear and really be free.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, 𝐞𝐭𝐜?
I have such a wide range of offers/services.

We create an atmosphere where you can be yourself, feel confident, and let your true spirit shine.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I have learned is dedication.
When you’re a visionary, creative, thought leader etc. a lot of people won’t believe in the things you envision. They just won’t get it.
What’s important is your dedication to your goals, your dreams and yourself. When you’re dedicated, you show up even hen you don’t particularly feel like it. You keep pushing even when your mind is telling you that you can’t do it. People’s doubt doesn’t become your truth.
There will be days when you lack motivation because motivation is fleeting. That’s when you have to tap into your dedication and choose that dedication over everything.
