Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Weber
Hi Stephanie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My name is Stephanie Weber, and I am a Sound Healer, Mindful Meditation Facilitator, Ocean Healer, Holistic Coach, and the founder of The Blissful Soul.
My journey began after experiencing deep burnout from the corporate world. I was a stressed, anxious, and overworked marketing professional living a very fast-paced lifestyle that left me emotionally drained and disconnected. I often cried on the way to work and numbed myself with wine and Netflix at night. My nervous system was dysregulated and I was living completely on autopilot – just going through the motions each day to get by.
Everything changed when I discovered yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and sound healing. These practices allowed me to slow down, reconnect with myself, and fully embrace the present moment. They also opened the door for me to begin my healing journey, helping me find deeper meaning and connection to life. So I started investing in myself, continuing my education, and healing both physically and mentally.
Eventually, I left my soul-sucking corporate career to pursue my passions full-time. Since then, I have received 3 separate yoga teacher training certifications, my mindful meditation certification, my trauma-informed mindfulness certification, my holistic coaching and nutrition certification, my sound healing certification, and most recently my ocean healing certification. I founded my own soul-aligned holistic healing business, launched a podcast, and created a transformative virtual membership that empowers my clients to lead more mindful and intentional lives.
Since starting my business, I have had the privilege of leading sound bath and meditation classes for thousands of people across the world, both in person and virtually, including employees at renowned companies such as Salesforce, Bank of America, and TikTok. I am so proud of the profound impact that my work has had on the lives of my clients. I have seen firsthand how these practices have helped people to relax, reduce stress, and come back home to themselves. It is truly my greatest honor to be able to share these incredible healing modalities with my community!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Absolutely not! Being an entrepreneur is more like riding on a constant rollercoaster. Some days are amazing while others can be very difficult.
As a business owner, you wear a lot of hats, especially when you’re just getting started. I am the financial department, the marketing department, the sales department, the customer support department, the IT department, the legal department, and the CEO of my small but mighty business. And one of the biggest hurdles for me has been balancing my work and personal life. The pressure and stress of running a business have sometimes affected my health and relationships, constantly reminding me of the importance of focusing on self-care and having a strong support system.
However, as difficult as it may be at times, entrepreneurship is also one of the single most rewarding things I’ve ever done. I’m incredibly proud of how I’ve served my community and helped my clients to become calmer, less stressed, and grounded. Each challenge has made me stronger and has taught me invaluable lessons, making the journey worth every bit of the struggle!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
As someone who has experienced massive burnout from working a demanding corporate job and having a very fast-paced lifestyle; embracing slow, intentional living, and cultivating a deep connection with nature and the ocean have been some of the biggest catalysts for positive change and transformation in my life!
My passion now lies in helping busy women who struggle to feel grounded and connected to themselves amidst the demands of their lives. My work centers around a holistic approach, focusing on practices that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I specialize in several modalities including sound baths, meditation, and nature healing, guiding my clients to reconnect with the ocean and the natural world to reduce stress and shift towards a more conscious and deliberate lifestyle. Additionally, I offer workshops, personalized 1:1 mentorship, and a variety of tools and resources designed to empower my clients to thrive on their healing journey!
My experience of transitioning from corporate burnout to holistic wellness has given me a unique perspective and deep empathy for those who are also feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from themselves. I believe my strong connection with nature and the ocean sets me apart because of my ability to integrate natural elements into my healing practices and offerings. As humans, we are inherently connected to nature, and this integration helps my clients to come back into alignment with their most authentic selves.
One aspect of my business that I am particularly proud of is my membership community, The Blissful Soul Collective. This virtual sanctuary is designed for people looking to slow down, overcome burnout, and tap into a sense of inner peace and balance in their everyday lives. In a world that often glorifies constant hustle, this membership empowers members by offering essential tools and a supportive community to embrace a slower, more intentional way of living.
Seeing the transformation in the lives of those I work with as they shift from a state of overwhelm to one of calm and presence is incredibly fulfilling, and inspires my ongoing commitment to this work!
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned along my journey is the value of slowing down and listening to my body. Self-care is NOT a luxury — it’s essential for maintaining mental, emotional, and physical well-being. You cannot pour from an empty cup, and you cannot give to others when you are depleted, exhausted, and burnt out.
Embracing a slower pace has always been challenging for me. As a “type A” personality, I used to thrive on speed, efficiency, and getting things done well—even if it meant pushing myself to the brink of exhaustion. During my corporate career, and even in the early days of my business, I often neglected my own needs, believing that pushing through was the only path to success. But this approach only left me feeling disconnected from myself and my work.
Throughout my journey, I’ve come to understand that taking time for self-care, whether through meditation, spending time in nature, or practicing mindfulness, is not optional. It’s about consciously choosing to prioritize my health and recognizing when I need to slow down and recharge. Honoring my need for rest has not only made me a better business owner but also a better partner, friend, and human!
