Michael, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?
We chose the name Brownie Bar Bakery not only because our delicious brownies are baked in charming mini loaf pans, but also because we offer customers the unique experience of customizing their own brownies with a variety of toppings and frostings. This is why our staff are affectionately referred to as brownie bartenders.

We launched our bakery just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, and in response to the challenges we faced, we swiftly introduced shipping and delivery options for our brownies. Being new to the industry, we found it difficult to access assistance from government programs during that time. However, we remained determined and relied on our hard work and the unwavering support of our customers to navigate through those tough days.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Our most valuable clients come from corporate partnerships looking to reward their employees and clients. We offer a delightful and engaging dessert experience that adds an element of fun to any occasion, making it easy for businesses to treat their teams and clients to something special.
