We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Francesca Sun a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Francesca, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you recount a time when the advice you provided to a client was really spot on? (Please note this response is for education/entertainment purposes only and shouldn’t be construed as advice for the reader)

Whilst at first blush I am considered a relationship expert, my focus when working with clients is always them first and how they are with and within themselves. Relationships cannot be successful if a person is overwhelmed with challenges. I believe those individual challenges should be addressed first. I was working with a client and I was able to discern that the root to one of her core challenges was the need for validation in order to be liked/accepted. Understandably, most people struggle with this to some degree. I was able to help her through some energy work and reframing to be able to detach to a greater degree and let go of the need to people please for validation. She shifted how she was taking responsibility for how people would perceive her/react to her, etc. I gently reminded her that she cannot control how anyone reacts or perceives her or their emotions and to be true to herself and speak from her heart. She called me a little while later to share that she had a heart to heart with a friend about an issue and it went well because she was not attached and did speak from her heart and it was superbly easy. She also messaged me to let me know that someone at work had asked her to participate in an event and that she politely declined. She went on to say that in the past, she would have rearranged her schedule and inconvenienced herself in order to not disappoint the other person. She was proud of herself and rightly so! This is major growth for anyone and I am excited to see how things continue to unfold for her.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I am a teacher, a coach, and an energy practitioner that has refined and honed my skills so that I may be of service to others. I take an innovative energetic approach that I have crafted over the last 20 years towards calling in your most appropriate partner and being in right relationship. While I do approach relationship challenges from an energetic perspective, I also offer practical 3D suggestions and techniques specific to a client’s needs for moving forward.

The biggest difference is that I look at challenges from an energetic viewpoint as everything is energy. I’m a master at hunting and finding the root challenge behind an issue. Then, I help my clients shift those issues from the root which then clears the majority of the symptoms of the issue and they can then transform and shift with ease and grace, During this process, clients are empowered and become more aware which then helps them in other aspects of their lives as well as all their relationships.

You CAN have the relationship that you crave. Having the courage to take the first step towards creating what you want is when the magic begins.

If you could go back in time, do you think you would have chosen a different profession or specialty?

Absolutely!!! It’s funny because when I first started, I didn’t really advertise a specialty but the more I worked with clients, my mastery became obvious. Aside from all my studies and certifications, there were things I would just “know” when working with clients around relationships – whether family, work, or intimate relationships. Helping people transform their relationships truly brings me joy.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

I think one of the biggest lessons I’ve had to learn during this journey is that I cannot help everyone and not everyone is my ideal client. Obviously, when you start a service based business, you want to have a big impact and help as many people as you can because of the results you help people get (or maybe that was just me lol). Because of this, in the beginning, I would take anyone that asked as a client. A wiser me now knows that I, too, get to choose with whom I work because it is a time investment as well for me. I am not here to help everyone and that’s absolutely perfect. It has to be a good working relationship for both parties.
