We recently connected with Samuel Singz and have shared our conversation below.
Samuel, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
About 13 years ago, I moved from Orlando Florida to Los Angeles, CA. At the time…I didn’t have anything set in stone, regarding where I would stay, or work. I had a few job connections but that was about it. I’ve moved to three different states like that three times in my life. One was to New York City, the second time was to Orlando, Florida, and the third time, and final time was Los Angeles, Ca. I plan to purchase a place in NYC very soon, so I’m able to work in both regions. Taking a risk is part of any successful achievement in life. We all take a risk the moment we walk outside to get into our car, or into some form of Transportation. I would rather take a risk that will take me to another level in life, then stay in the same place. As a matter of fact, moving to Los Angeles was probably one of the top ten best decisions I’ve made in my life.
Now I run a growing music/production company. Have become a full blown Independent artist, and in the process of building my own production studio.

Samuel, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My friend Garrett from Haven Recording studio in Los Angeles, CA invited me to help him build his studio. In return he would give me studio time. It actually became the moment I fell in love with making music. I had just wanted to record for a short film I was doing. But it was the beginning of Samuel Singz.
What sets me a part I think from a lot of people is….I love working. Especially building and scaling my Business.
Music is can be found in three different ways. music, music industry, and music business.
If you are great at the business aspect, and love music…more than likely you will continue to succeed.
