What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Years ago at the very first ad agency I worked at in Orange County, California, I learned that there is one important question to ask your prospective client:
What does your business need ?
If you listen, and create a realistic action plan to meet their need, you will demonstrate your value to that client.
Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
Yes, any book ever written by Gary Vaynurchuk. Every book he has written has an amazing amount of expertise and testimonials that are extremely valuable.
