Adora , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you share a story with us from back when you were an intern or apprentice? Maybe it’s a story that illustrates an important lesson you learned or maybe it’s a just a story that makes you laugh (or cry)?

I would like to share a win from our own Adora Winquist LLC Infinity Team Internship program. One silver lining that arose from the past few years is the creation of an internship program. Over the past two years we have mentored over forty-five interns and immersed them in our company values and culture.

In response to high demand, the brand’s Infinity Leadership Team has introduced and instituted a robust internship program that receives over twenty applicants per week. Sought after for its inclusive parameters, Adora’s internship program emphasizes and promotes the sharing of ideas from each and every team member, asking each to express their authentic voice and contribute in a way that’s received with respect and openness.

In just the last twelve months, the Leadership Infinity Team has grown from four team members to over twenty. Driven by the steadfast philosophy that everyone has the right to express their freedom and sovereignty regardless of belief system, ethnicity, creed, or economic standing, the Adora Quantum Community has established itself as a leader in both workplace culture and product efficacy.

As an author, healer, teacher and Frequency Coach, I am at heart a creator with the intention to awaken and elevate the consciousness of humanity. I believe we all have a unique gift to bring to the greater good of all, first by healing ourselves.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

We have all experienced adversity. It is the pressure that forms us as the diamonds we are meant to be. I am no different, my early childhood dynamics were wrought with dysfunctional terrain and I had many challenges in my early adolescence to adulthood. Depression, anxieties, chronic illness and dis-ease to name a few. I was diagnosed with endometriosis in my late teens and by twenty-one my doctor wanted to do a hysterectomy. I simply could not agree. I knew I was to have two children. I had to completely overhaul my life, take responsibility for all of it. I had to change patterns of thinking, feeling, being and behaving. I also had to let go of everything that was not serving me.

Letting go of old ways and patterns helps create the space for us to birth and be able to nourish the aspects of our being that are being called for love, self-care, deep compassion, and forgiveness. It allows us to bring love in, so we can activate our soul’s deepest desires and longings for those things that we’ve come into this life to encapsulate. It is then that we can truly embody our highest selves, or what I like to refer to as our “quintessence.” This is the unique light and gifts that only we have to bring to the world. I firmly believe that each and every step along our journey has guided us perfectly here and now to be able to distill those greater aspects of who we are with a light of divine consciousness, strength of the earth, and all kingdoms of life to heal. This is the heart of transformation. When we can invite in the support of the cosmic and earthly forces of benevolence, we can see that we are not alone. This shifts our perception to one co-creation and we allow ourselves to let go, open and receive. It takes those places where we’re in survival mode, and it turns them into thriving, or what I call Quantum Living.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I believe that once you find your passion, you find your purpose. You can make a difference and also make a profit. Authenticity is perhaps one of the most important spices to your “secret sauce” of success. When you can put down the need to be perfect, you can pick up the power and potency of being authentic. Then, every story you craft hits the mark of truth. That has been an invaluable practice throughout the twenty five years of my entrepreneurial career.
