Christopher, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
After many years of navigating business services, and getting burnt by marketing agencies, and the “online digital guru”, our team decided it was time for a change.
We looked at a lot of analytics in pricing and what other companies were offering when it came to marketing and sales management and started creating a different platform for business owners that created a clear transparency between work completed and business results.
We launched CommissionBasedMarketing.com and also Commission-Based Sales to bring business owners all-inclusive services that are based off of a company’s revenue versus the typical “5,000” per month for social media and ads management.
Over the years of hearing other business owners complain about off-shore teams dropping the ball on projects, or falling short on results, we developed a management strategy that allows companies’ revenue to fluctuate along with the billing of services rendered by our firm.
At first, it was a struggle explaining how everything works, however over time, we were able to gain customers and start growing and scaling their business by managing up to 20% of their gross revenue to utilize for paying staff and running advertisements, Public relations and other business development strategies.
We do not nickel and dime our customers with added-on services. From Web-hosting and development to automated systems and even managing and growing sales teams, we have changed the industry one client at a time. Our industry experts have trusted our company to join the efforts of creating a transparent business model in which they are rewarded based on their results not hours of work that could result in zero monetary gain from the client. With our model, the only way we are making more money is if our strategies and work effort produce a growth in revenue for the client.

Christopher, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Our team is comprised of multiple industry experts who have refined their skill set in one specific area of business. We provide hosting and serving for websites (and do not limit traffic like many of the competitors out there). We are consultants first which means we are trying to not only save clients money but also generate massive growth in revenue at the same time. By avoiding the pitfalls of business ownership like trusting in a Shopify store to rank online for organic traffic, or not having an automated CRM system in place to manage the life-cycle of clients, we are able to streamline business processes and create efficient growth strategies for small and large companies.
The most important thing we want our customers and people to know is that there are a lot of scams and people who genuinely do not care about you as a person and they have become a simple transaction vs quality relationship building when doing business with each other.
Our firm is built by a diverse group of very mobile professionals who travel worldwide for in-person visits along with managing the day-to-day needs of marketing and sales processes.
The most important thing to our team is that YOU the business owner have success. Often times the best thing we can do is help owners navigate the thousands of decisions they have to make when it comes to their branding, marketing, and sales process. By working collectively with their existing team, we are able to help manage the flow of revenue and make every dollar in advertisement count!
Overall, business is a risk. Our job is not to guarantee success (which if someone does tell you that they are flat-out lying!) but rather minimize your chances of failure!
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
The only aspect that has helped our firm build the reputation we have within the market is our consistency in results-oriented work. Our clients have benefited from our interaction by scaling and growing their own businesses by implementing the strategies and processes we have fine-tuned over 10 years of consulting.
Three ingredients to our success and our client’s revenue increase are as follows:
1. We do exactly what we say!
2. We over-deliver on services and things that just go above what we offer.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
With our high-traffic SEO site, we really do not have to advertise. We are so good at what we do, that our main company site- Commissionbasedmarketing.com is ranked first on almost every platform out there when you look for “Commission Based Marketing” or variations of that service. In general, we are receiving anywhere from 30-60 new business requests each month and managing a growing list of clients who have trusted our team to grow and scale their business with them. Outside of our website placement and strong SEO, we get a ton of referrals due to other clients having success and good experiences with our team!
