Okay – so how did you figure out the manufacturing part? Did you have prior experience?
Yes, I do manufacture my products at Eirene Studio. The journey into manufacturing my own products has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding.
How I Got Started:
My journey began with a deep interest in creating items that bring joy and tranquility into everyday life. Initially, I experimented with making candles and soaps as a hobby, which quickly turned into a passion. I dedicated myself to learning the craft, researching various techniques, and understanding the best ingredients to use.
Learning the Craft:
I did not start with a full understanding of how to manufacture these products. I took courses, attended workshops, and spent countless hours experimenting and refining my skills. Each product went through numerous iterations to ensure that the final version was something I could be proud of and that my customers would love.
Finding Vendors and Partners:
While I manufacture most of the products myself, there are certain aspects where I rely on trusted vendors. For example, sourcing high-quality fragrance oils and natural ingredients requires partnerships with reliable suppliers. Finding the right vendors involved extensive research, reaching out to potential partners, and testing their products to ensure they met my standards for quality.
Manufacturing my own products has been a fulfilling journey, allowing me to control the quality and ensure that each item reflects the love and care I put into my work. It has also taught me the importance of patience, persistence, and passion in creating something truly meaningful.

Certainly! One story that truly illustrates my resilience comes from my experience preparing for my first in-person event, a Farmers Market, on May 5th. This event marked a significant milestone for Eirene Studio, as it was the first time I had to produce a large batch of candles—nearly 100 or more.
The Challenge:
Up until that point, I had always worked in small batches, focusing on perfecting each individual product. The thought of scaling up to produce such a large quantity was both exciting and daunting. I knew this event would be an incredible opportunity to showcase my work, but it also meant stepping out of my comfort zone and embracing a new level of production.
The Process:
As the event approached, I meticulously planned every detail, from sourcing enough raw materials to ensuring I had the right equipment to handle the increased workload. The nights leading up to the Farmers Market were long, filled with the constant hum of activity as I poured, labeled, and packaged each candle by hand.
Overcoming Obstacles:
During this intense period, I faced several unexpected challenges. One evening, a batch of wax didn’t set properly, causing me to start over and lose precious time. Another time, I ran low on a key fragrance oil and had to quickly source more, navigating supplier delays and tight deadlines. Despite these hurdles, I remained focused and determined to produce candles that met my high standards.
The Day of the Event:
When the day of the Farmers Market finally arrived, I felt a mix of exhaustion and exhilaration. Setting up my booth, I saw the fruits of my labor displayed beautifully, ready to be shared with the community. The response was overwhelming—customers loved the candles, and many shared how much they appreciated the care and quality evident in each product.
